As the maid wheeled me down the hallway, I heard whispered. With a blank face, I could hear people whispering as they stared at me. " woow, I can't believe he's a gay " a boy said " he's a shame to the music industry " one spat.

The fear and anxiety that had once governed my decisions were receding, replaced by a newfound confidence and a desire to embrace all aspects of my identity. This party, this demonstration, it wouldn't just be a spectacle. It would be my coming out, a testament to my journey, struggles, and acceptance of who I truly am. It would be the moment when Wyatt Lane, the CEO, the fighter, and her lover would finally stand united, unashamed, and unapologetic.

Ken interrupted her again before leaving in a rush. Melanie stood there, feeling as if she had plunged into an icy abyss. He was just as cruel to her as he would be to their child. To save 50 dollars on rent, I took over the snow shoveling and trash removal for the entire run-down apartment building. My move into the basement fell right on my birthday. Down on my knees, I scrubbed the moldy floor three times over.
