Conan The Barbarian Novels & Stories

He never took another mate, dismissed all maids, and lived alone in the empty pack house, often talking to the air. As for Sadie, she went mad in the dungeons and spent her days smashing her head against the walls, screaming that she was the Luna. On one winter night, she died curled up in the moldy straw. Her body was found gnawed by rats. Conan, the once-arrogant pup, grew up to be a silent warrior. On his coming-of-age day, he refused his inheritance, strapped a sword to his neck, and left for the borderlands to atone for his sins.

Conan walked back in, Canon cuddled in one arm and his bottle in the other. "Um, yeah, I'm gonna get some whiskey," I muttered, retreating to the cabinet before my pride forced me to throw the human out the window. I reminded myself of what Conan told me: He's rough, but he's loyal. You don't have to like him—just don't kill him. Right. Let's rise above. I brought out the best bottle. Something smooth. A rare treat. "Three shots, then?" The human tilted his head, smirking. "Trying to catch up already?"

With a prostitute, everything is secretive and you’re guaranteed to get lucky in the end. I decide against the prostitute and instead go to the Hun and get some good drinks. It’s the perfect name. After leaving the Hun, patrons feel more like barbarians. In front of the bar, two bikers are already going at it. One I recognize for being a hothead. He’s a dirty blond who always seems to be just passing through.

” Conan got really mad and said, "I won't choose! Let all three of them go, or we'll all perish together.” Helen hesitated instead because he was so sure of himself. She smiled at Mona from the side and said, "miss Granger, if you kneel down and bow to me three times, I'll let go of the three kids.” Conan got even irritated when he saw Mona giving him a look that told him to say something. Right now, saying something for her would only make Helen more upset. If she really set off the bombs... They couldn't afford to take that chance.

This was the last topic he wanted to talk about. His father, Khal Anubis, King of the Wildings and deadliest demon alive, had disowned him years ago, just because he refused to claim his throne as the demon prince. While he lived in isolation, he received news of his mother's death. Thane Bowen murdered her, and in return, Khal slaughtered almost all the lycans and took Naomi as his prisoner. Kieran burned with vengeance towards the lycans for so many years. He built the Nightshade Pack and became the Alpha. His brutality in dealing with enemies earned him the name, Barbarian, Savage Alpha.
