“Very true. I was still pretty young, not yet Alpha of my pack, during that battle, so I never really got to know him, but I remember my parents said he was a good guy. They always appreciated everything he and the other bear shifters did to help us against the vamps.” “Forgive me, Alpha, I forgot that you would have been old enough to fight in that battle. Would you like to join us for the meeting later this morning after Leader Bruno arrives?” I ask. I truly did forget. Despite the salt and pepper grey hair, Connor’s movie star looks make him seem ageless in a way that had me thinking he would have still been just a touch too young to fight in that battle.

tall figure, all four of them hold those two injured men’s from their both hands, it was dark outside but there were many street light which were giving me clear view of that tall figure who stood above them, he was around 6’feet tall, with broad and muscular shoulder, I can clearly tell that by looking at muscles that were popping out of his short sleeve black cotton fitted shirt, his caramel tanned skin was complimenting his shirt color, he had shoulder length dark brownish black hairs which were loosely gelled, from side I could see he had a very sharp jaw line with thick beard and moustache, he was wearing deep blue colored denim and a Mojdi beneath that (Traditional Indian foot wear) j

I think he’s one of their snipers. Cupid is Jay Kenley. He’s their hacker. And Pegasus is Jacob Frias, best in hand to hand combat.” Miko announced. “Let’s hope that they are the only one here.” I said.

Connor shouted in pain. "Ah!" He fell beside me. "Connor!" Both Conrad and I shouted. I parry another attack from the same man and use my last strength to fight him. He was too quick so I couldn't even land my attack on his body. Soon, he knocked me down and pointed the sword into my throat. "Get off her!" Connor who was badly bleeding tried to rescue me but was also pointed a sword on his neck. "Don't pursue with the fight or I'll cut your neck off," a hoarse voice of another barbarian roared.

Dave warned his little sister, walking away. "I'd never allow Loki to treat me like that." She whispered walking to her room. Needing a drink, Lucas headed to a bar in Lunari lands, Lucas was on his 3rd whiskey. His eyes burning into his drink, as if it would burst into flames at his will. A smile was stretched wide on Abraham's lips. Kabir probably thought he had gone mad. He was in pain but was smiling so heartily. Kabir was staring at him.

With a ruthlessness worthy of his President rank Wild Bill pulled the trigger. Conan felt himself shoved to the side as Liam pushed his brother out of harm's way. The bullet pierced Liam's flesh in between his ribs, and he went down, clutching onto his side as Conan released a guttural roar and charged. Two bullets, two brothers. His fury lent him speed, and before Wild Bill could recock the hammer, Conan was on him, still in human form, brutally beating Bill like a barbarian. They tussled on the ground as other club members watched from their doors. The fighting attracted the other Baron brothers. As they lunged up the stairs and took in the carnage before them, it caused instinctive change

But since she was parched, she finished the wine in a single gulp. The man moved closer to the fire. Close enough for Jade to notice a long main of silver hair that was tied back in a half-ponytail. Jade was confused. The man didn’t look to be that old. At least, based on his voice alone, he sounded quite sprightly and young—perhaps just a few years older than she was. “I believe you, by the way,” the man said. “My name is Jin. I’m a trader.” “Jade… er… I’m a student.” Jade stuck out her hand to shake his, but quickly put it down when he showed no signs of wanting to acknowledge it.

Whether he would actually go, Conner hadn’t decided, but he wanted to be home if Sloane called. The evening dragged by. Conner was used to doing nothing, but tonight seemed unusually slow. He watched the Lakers win an unexciting game over the Clippers, foregoing the three or four bottles of beer he usually accompanied a game with, and then watched John Wayne and Richard Widmark try to save Texas at the Alamo. It was the only movie he could remember in which all the heroes died. Shortly after midnight, he climbed into bed and surprised himself by falling quickly asleep.

Chris was still not convinced so Liam desperately says " Don't be so stubborn Chris, can't you even act for a few days for our future kids?" Liam sees Chris deep brown eyes turning pitch black and hears Conan growl and say " Ignore this human, I will not allow anyone to get in the way of me having my pups, be it, my human or my mate."
