Linux yelled while holding what looked like a baseball bat but confetti came out of it. Dionne and I opened the box together and my lips parted when two blue balloons came out. It's a boy! The confetti rang out quickly which surprised me even more. "Congratulations, Warren and Dionne! You have twins and they are both boys!" Mama shouted so my lips parted even more and I looked at Dionne who was shocked, she was crying.

Hearing their voices had made me weak. Knock, knock. The scent of wildflowers and vanilla wafted into the air; there was no doubt it was Ava and Jessi. "Come in." "Congratulations!" They screamed as Jessi rushed in to hug me while Ava was spraying the confetti gun on me. Haha "What's the occasion?" I asked, beaming from ear to ear.

Cody announced. “Yaaayyyy!!” Cecil rejoiced

The words hung in the air, laden with the weight of newfound happiness. Alexa's eyes widened in response, her face a canvas of joy and surprise. “Woah, congrats, dear!” she exclaimed, her voice filled with genuine happiness. The room seemed to radiate with their shared jubilation, an eruption of pure elation that transcended their close friendship.

I thought I was mentally prepared. I was wrong. They lead us to a giant box in the center of the yard. It’s wrapped in white with silver lettering that says: Two little blessings Sent from above Twice the laughter Twice the love Cue tears. Again. Everyone counts down from ten. I swore my heart stopped. Kian squeezed my fingers like he could feel it too. 3… 2… 1… POP! Pink and blue smoke shoots up into the sky. Balloons of both colors explode out of the box. Confetti blasts everywhere. The entire family screams.
