What I like most is how Well we all hit it off. We talk about everything as we sit on the couches and discuss school and life. Adrian’s boyfriend shows up a few minutes later and hangs out with us. Taking a shot of tequila, I lean back in my seat and look at Jade. “So, you’re dating one of Micah’s friends?” Jade giggles excitedly and takes out her phone to show me a picture of her and this really gorgeous golden-haired man. “This is my boyfriend, Gideon. He and Micah work together.” I look at the picture and smile. The guy looks intense as he holds Jade close to his firm chest. They are a very attractive couple. “You guys are so cute.”

Cora, owner of the voice, slowly walked to Dave who instantly freed Jayda from his grip. Fred held Jayda then placed her behind him. "Cora, how and why are you here?" He asked in wonder. "Dave, how could you? What am I to you?" Ignoring her brother's question, she asked Dave with tears in her eyes. "Cora, you're here?" His frown softened at the tears in her eyes. Whether or not she was a distraction, she still had a place in his heart, a massive place. "I followed your stupid self here… only to see this. I am your fucking girlfriend and you're here acting all possessive of…" she took a total view of Jayda then she furrowed her forehead in confusion. "Jayda? Jayda is who you love?"

Cora’s POV “W-wait, Zafer, ah!” Clyde is now sleeping inside his room, he’s tired from all the things he did in the mall, but the big Alpha still has the energy to play… “I’m sorry, Cora, but I don’t think I can do that.” He whispers after he bit my earlobe, pulling me closer to him. I can feel how crazy the beat of his heart is, but is it really his or mine? "I sweated from everything we did in the mall... Please let me at least take a bath," I'm embarrassed to think I smelled him while he still smells good.

"Come on, you know what I mean. Your boyfriend. Your partner...if you need me to spell it out for you. I don't mind going on a day or two days break so you can have some time with him..." Jade was quickly fed up with hearing that. "I don't have any. Moreover, if I had someone special, I don't think I would be suffering this much." She mumbled the last part. Jace didn't know what exactly came over him. Relief? A tug in his chest? Because he could feel the pain in her voice. And the relief...that there was no other person. Well, it was for safety purposes He suddenly reached out to her hands and took the beer from her hands.

He bolts out of the kitchen. I stare at the door, stunned. Did he just sell me out and ditch me? Some friend. A soft chuckle pulls me from my thoughts, and I turn to face the man before me. “He threw you under the bus to save himself. No honor among friends these days, tsk tsk,” Jade says with a smile that doesn’t quite reach his eyes. “You’re Ami’s new boyfriend?” “Assist—” I start, but pause as he fixes me with a steady gaze. I’ve barely been anxious today, yet something about him unnerves me. “Yes.”

Jay's expression turned even darker right then. Bob could see that Cora was left tearful by Jay's words, and he could not help saying, "Look, Jay, Cora was being a little impulsive, but what you said was a little harsh too. I'll apologize to you for the conflict between us, and I'll apologize to Zoe later. But you should really stop." Even if he had no romantic feelings for Cora, he was still her boyfriend and could not bear to see her suffer so much. It seems that he had idea what just happened, even presuming that Cora had provoked Jay when she stormed into Zoe's ward.

Jade said sadly. "All singles rise!" Lamar said over the mic but not a single soul moved. "I said rise!" Lamar said loudly and slowly people started to walk closer to him. "What now?" Jade asked in horror. "Ryan!" I called and he frowned at me. "Meet Jade your new date, Jade, meet, Ryan," I said quickly. "Trust me I'm doing you both a favor," I said blankly. Cole hugged me from behind before placing kisses on my neck. "Can't you stop them?" I asked and he shook his head.

"I didn't think I'd meet you here! What a pleasant surprise!" "Can't say the same," Zara replied with a mild frown. Ignoring that subtle hostility, Cora glanced at George from head to toe. "Who is this hunk?" "I don't owe you any—" Zara began, but George chipped in, waving his hand, "Hi, I'm George Thatcher, Zara's boyfriend. Nice to meet you." Cora's eyes bulged from the sockets as soon as she heard this. "You are George Thatcher, the male model who has been causing waves in the modeling industry?" After receiving a nod, she asked further, "And you are dating Zara?"

Meanwhile, I almost rolled my eyes when I heard him mention the name. "What is it this time? Besides, I wonder, why is she calling you instead her boyfriend." I insinuated to which garnered a shock reaction from the other party. Clearly, Harold have no idea of what recently happened. "Boyfriend? What are you saying." He asked me back so I pretended being shock. "Oh! You have not heard of the news yet? Jodi and Rico started dating a few days ago. I told him but it seemed that he don't believe a word from what I just said.

Jade asked, her watery eyes piercing into his as she awaited a response from him. As Amanda walked towards Adrian to give him a hug, she got distracted staring at Jade and Carl. “Tell me, Car! Do you still love me?!” Jade asked once more, her voice going an octave higher. Carl sighed as he slipped his fingers into his hair, his mind racing with possibilities for a response. Jade doesn't realise that he never considered her his girlfriend. Plus, why does she have to make a scene and doubt his feelings for her when Amanda is right here?
