Cowboy Bounty Hunter Novels & Stories

he patted me on the shoulder, I realised then that because I had commanded him not to shoot me he couldn't, this was my chance "Tell me who you are? Why do you want to kill us?" I asked, the man scoffed but answered "My name is Anton, I'm a bounty hunter, I was hired to kill you" he spoke the last bit looking at me "Why?" I asked a little freaked out "Because my boss doesn't like you" I looked at Thomas "Is he your boss?" I asked Anton pointing at Thomas "No" was all he said, I stepped closer to him

My stomach dropped. "What?" He nodded. "I hired investigators to find you after you dared to run from me that morning. It took them a week to find you." Something was slamming hard against my rib cage in a really violent way. I knew what it was. My heart. "I found out who you were—Matteo Leone, a twenty three year old bisexual man, living in your father's house like a prisoner." He leaned forward slightly. "I learned everything about you—your urm... useless family, and your situation within hours of funding you."

I first yawned and then answered, "I lost him and then Liam cut him off, so I could get away." I heard a few faint swear words before he returned to the line. "Did this Liam guy catch the asshole?" I shook my head subconsciously and said, "No. The guy managed to get away so I am staying here with Liam until we can catch him. Liam set up a whole surveillance system around my property and we stayed up all night watching the cameras." "What good is this man if he can't catch one person?" His tone irritated me, and Liam deserved more respect than that. "You listen here Jax. Not everyone is a fifteen-hundred-year-old bounty hunter with a background in special operations! He did the best he could,

There were only two people on that island before Bo and Tanawat came, and this man is the person who received the first bullet Zia fired. “What the fuck?” I mumbled under my breath, trapping the cig between my lips as I lifted the picture, scrutinizing it closer. I can’t be mistaken about this man. He’s a bounty hunter who once tried to chop my head off, but I gave him a gift of my own instead. I marked his face with an X about two inches long. They don’t call me X because they like me.

Never had I known him or heard of him but with just a look at him, I could tell he was a tough man, who seemed to have done many tough things. “Reuben.” Killian had a way of uttering people’s name. it was as though he was weighing the name to know its worth in gold of silver. “How may I help you?” Killian posed. “Your majesty, I am a bounty hunter who heard of the bounty placed on a certain royal omega.” Reuben said. Killian shook his head and smiled. A bounty of half a million bucks was placed on the absconded omega, and bounty hunters had been at work from the previous day when it was announced.

"A billionaire in D.C. is looking for his missing granddaughter. Word is the trail leads straight to Los Angeles. Payout is enough to buy three mansions in Beverly Hills." "Not interested," I said. "I don't do 'missing persons' cases. Don't bore me." "Wait! Don't hang up!" his voice dropped. "There's another one—a national bounty posted by the Darkstar pack." I stopped tapping the side of the bottle. "Go on." "The Darkstars is going ballistic looking for someone. They've put up a ten-million-dollar bounty just to get the 'Hidden Healer' to show their face. Even the person who gives the tip gets a massive cut."

"And is she expecting you?" Hunter shook his head. "No, I just… This was kind of a last-minute trip." "Mm-hmm." The man touched his free hand to his chest and looked Hunter up and down. "We don't see too many cowboys around here." A memory of something Poppy had said surfaced in Hunter's mind. "Wait, are you Roxy?" The man smiled broadly. "She told you about me?" "She mentioned that she had a neighbor named Roxy. I'm Hunter. Hunter McFall." He held out his hand.

“I still cannot believe it was your grandson who sent us on that miserable hunt all those centuries ago.” Herodis turned to Ottai. "You hunted your own grandson?" “Amusement tugged at Ottai’s mouth. “Vladya and I were investigating a notorious killer at the time, and the trail led us to the infamous Arrow-Eyed Hunter, who had apparently captured the male for a bounty.” “We needed to learn who had placed the bounty,” Vladya explained. “That information would have led us to the criminal we were after.” “Oh, yes.” Ottai nodded, memory brightening in his eyes. “So we turned our attention to the bounty hunter. Only we could never catch him. Every trail ended in nothing. Every witness remembered t

It usually never ended until a good number of people were dead or badly wounded. The life of a bounty hunter was no joke. It was the riskiest job; riskier than beast hunting, mercenary jobs and military service. All these three had rules and associations or governing bodies to keep their members in place and were required to abide by certain rules. Bounty hunting on the other hand had none of such. It was strictly a dog-eat-dog situation every single time with these people. They not only had to constantly protect themselves against the people they hunted but also against the people they hunted with. Unlike the aforementioned three, if a bounty hunter should turn against his fellow bounty hun

Adrian, Kyle and the others seemed to be getting along well with Maximus and me, and the tension that had been between us before was fading away. As we walked, a man appeared out of nowhere, standing in front of us on the path. He wore a black cloak that covered his face, and his eyes glinted dangerously in the sun. I could feel the hairs on the back of my neck stand up, and I knew instantly that this man was a bounty hunter. "Maximus," he spat out, "I've been looking for you." Maximus stepped forward, his hand on his sword. "Who are you?" he demanded.
