The Mafia's Bounty

The Mafia's Bounty

He was a bounty hunter,he perceived people were always going to be after him. He was always extra careful about covering his tracks, never left a sign of his presence anywhere he went, was always up and ready to leave when an assignment was over, rarely formed attachments anywhere he went, he decided attachments would only make leaving harder and tracing him easier. But the life was getting lonely and at thirty two years of age, finally settling down and leaving his past behind was beginning to seem like a good option after all. THE HOMELESS BILLIONAIRE

1392 word(s) Published 26 LUDALE MCCULLY. Finally. After hours and weeks of waiting. The bounty hunter finally had something to say to him. "Hello. Any news on my wife?" He began curtly, trying to calm down his anger to be able to talk to the bounty hunter efficiently. He was a little afraid of the bounty hunter. His physical appearance is very intimidating and also his line of work is very dangerous. He was one hell of a fearless man for him to sniff out people from their hiding places. All kinds of people.

Wow… I loved the Alpha King’s Hated Slave and then decided to give this one a try… what a wonderful read. I love how all the characters grew through their suffering. This book shows so beautifully how true family is sometimes the ones we chose for ourselves and not the ones we were born into.

The Wolf Hunters

The Wolf Hunters

As long as no civilians get hurt, we’re all good. Right now I need to take this rogue down before he hurts someone. My team caught wind of him towards the edge of our territory and I was hoping to take care of him before he got too far away. It seems luck may not be on my side today though. As soon as the alert went out I grabbed my go bag full of basic weapons and anything else I would need to take the wolf down and hopped on my bike. Since these jerks are so much faster than us, the dirt bikes even out the playing field a little. Very carefully I reach into my bag and grab the tranquilizer gun I keep in there. I speed across the game trails and over rocks trying to close the distance betwe

Leading My Family to Glory

Similarly, if their paymaster could afford it, they would do anything. The last were bounty hunters. This community was much smaller. Through the international dark web, they mainly pursued or hunted down targets posted on the bounty list. These people could be said to especially serve only bounties on major dark webs. Rumor had it that many bounty hunters worked closely with various countries’ officials, so they were considered to be an existence of both justice and evil. Emerald Devil smirked at Goldman with clear disdain on his face. “Goldman, cut the crap. Hunting has no borders.”

Baines stopped and scowled at her, “Okay, rookie. Listen up. The day I take the word of a street gangster with anything more than a pinch of salt is the day I die. How do we even know he's telling the truth, huh? He could be covering for his buddies. They're all gangsters, aren't they?” Andrea frowned, “But, sir. Looking at the evi—” “No buts, rookie. Until I get a confession from one or more of them, the bounty stays.” Baines said. “Also, I want an APB on this Hatter. Put a bounty on him too. He thinks he's smart walking around in that disguise of his.” Baines muttered as he walked away.

Alpha Carter’s Cursed Mate

Alpha Carter’s Cursed Mate

“ The website isn’t as easy to track as you think it is, it only provides the list of the shifters's names that has a bounty on their heads “ explained Dan “ The hunters can simply take on the mission and then submit the proof that they have finished the mission to collect the bounty. From the beginning till the end there is no information provided about the person who set up the bounty you see? And if that alone isn’t enough to, the person who runs the site takes care of protecting the identities of the people who submit the requests, only the name and photograph of the person getting hunted is unadapted on the site. The Rogue Bounty

The Rogue Bounty

I felt for the blade strapped on my waist and grabbed it by the hilt. The door of my office-slash-house remained closed. The darkness inside of it was visible through the frosted square glass with the sticker “SCARLETMARK,” and underneath it, my name: Ruby Carnelian. Working as a bounty hunter, I could never be sure what was waiting for me whenever I got home from a job. If that was the case, this would not be the first time. I mean, if you’re out most days chasing supernatural creatures and devious humans, one of them—or someone who knows them—was bound to get some revenge on me of some sort. My fingers tightened on the hilt. It never hurt to be sure.

He sits down next to me and rests his eyes on the photograph, taps it with his finger. “I went to the office and called your father from a secure line. I got a description of the guy who came to see him. Turns out he also left a name and phone number. The name is a fake, of course. The number is just a pager. But the name, Buddy Starr, is on a list of aliases for a guy called Simon Briggs. He’s a bounty hunter. Not as in bail bondsman, more like a private contractor. He’s the guy you hire when you want to find someone and aren’t necessarily worried in what condition. His list of criminal associations is long and colorful.” “Why would he be looking for Lolita?” I ask.
