In the center of the room was what appeared to be an altar made from black stone and marble with a single flame burning atop it. On either side of the altar were two reapers—one male and one female—dressed in matching black robes and hoods that covered their features from view except for their eyes which were a deep dark red color like blood. Death draws me towards it like we have been attached with an unbreakable string. Maybe it's just a superpower in which I get the last chance to save the person in front of me or maybe it’s a curse.
