David Goggins Wife Kate Novels & Stories

Kelly said with a shaky voice surprising me. What truth? Jarrod knew everything about me. The fact that I grew up in the slums and the fact that I used to pick people's pockets to survive, the fact that I killed my own parents. He knew everything! “Kelly, what are you talking about? Why are you making a scene here?” Alexa asked, standing in front of me but I pushed her out of my sight and stood in front of Jarrod. “What is she saying husband?” Suddenly Danielle was by my side while glaring at Jarrod. Her eyes asking why he and Kelly were making a scene.

“Glad to see you made it.” Liam’s expression remained neutral, but he extended a hand to greet the man. “Roger, good to see you.” He gestured to Izzy. “This is my wife, Isabella.” Izzy extended her hand, summoning her best polite smile. “Nice to meet you, Mr. Beaumont.” Roger Beaumont, one of Liam’s top executives, shook her hand with a firm grip. “Ah, the newlyweds,” he said with a grin. “I’ve been looking forward to meeting you, Isabella. Liam’s kept you quite the mystery.”

“And who are you?” Killian’s voice was ice. “I’m her husband.” He leaned in, words razor-sharp. “Stand up and leave my wife the fuck alone.” David stood up immediately, apologizing profusely. He said he had no idea I was married. Killian crossed his arms, staring him down with that icy glare. “Yeah, you know now,” he said coldly, “so don’t ever approach my wife again.” David nodded, muttering another apology before quickly walking away.

Philip is caught off guard and he steps in front of me purposely to cover me and he points at the intruder and asks, "Who are you?" David is wearing a jacket over washed jeans. Still he looks the same. More rough than he used to, but his dominating aura is still there. He refuses to answer Philip's question. He runs his hand on the wall and steps in fully. I hate his presence. I hate that all the anger inside of me is not huge enough to walk him out of my house — his house — our house. He inhales and directs his steel gaze to Philip. "I'm David Gage. The woman you were about to devour is my wife."

Theo shifted in his seat, visibly uncomfortable, though he said nothing. Daven remained silent too, his gaze fixed on the untouched glass of wine before him. “And now here you are,” Kate continued, her voice cool and firm. “Sitting here in tears, acting like you’ve never been loved? Do you have any idea how many women would kill to be in your position? Daven could support three generations without you needing to lift a finger. But instead, you chose your career—your TV appearance and left him to fight for this marriage alone.”

Anyway, Dario’s the one that wanted an instant wife and so had a one-night stand with an emotional wreck of an Ozzy bogan and boom… a wife. I just don’t think he realized how much baggage I came with. Lucky he’s strong and stubborn, so doesn’t seem phased… so far. Let’s see how he goes when he meets the in-laws. Ma, Kate, Gi, Alexis and all the men saw us off at the main mansion. “I’m under strict orders to rest today because weddings are life-threatening supposedly for pregnant women.” Kate rolled her eyes as she explained why she was stuck on the compound for the day. “Well, of course, all that fun, dancing and laughing, killers.”

They settled side by side on a small bench while watching their humble community. “You have a nice place here,” Kate remarked. “It is,” Natalie said. “And now, everyone knows my husband had sex with two hot models.” “It wasn't his fault,” Kate began. “I’ve taken the drugs myself, and initially, I had awareness but seemed not to have control over me.” “I’m sure Gabin did not want to betray you,” Kate added. Recalling how she had met their son earlier, Kate supplemented, “And you have a wonderful son. I’m sure Gabin would not do anything to hurt his feelings -”

He pushed the woman away and zipped his pants hurriedly while the woman wore her clothes. “Who the hell are you and how dare you to walk inside like this?” She yelled at me but I couldn’t move or react, my vision became blurry with warm tears. “Madeline?” He uttered my name in surprise. “Logan, do you know her?” The woman, probably his wife asked him. “Who is she, Logan?” I pointed my finger at the woman while trying my best to not cry and act strong. “What kind of a stupid question is this? I am his wife, Kate Wesley.” She woman who was touching up her makeup answered me with a smug look.

We had been married for three years, but Kit Rutgers still hadn’t made it official with me. Today marked his one-thousandth successful flight—a major milestone—and the seventeenth time he had promised to go with me to register our marriage. But during the celebration banquet, while his commanding officer pressured me into drinking, Kit sat across the table, feeding and clinking glasses with his female trainee, Katy Ferguson. Meanwhile, I fought through a high fever, drinking until I nearly blacked out, and he didn’t even spare me a glance.

I forced down the corners of my lips, resisting the urge to smirk. “How dare you treat my daughter like that!” my dad roared. My parents’ presence kicked the roiling atmosphere into an even higher gear. “I know that man! He’s Mr. Smith, an uber-wealthy icon in the financial world!” “That woman next to him is Lydia Cane, the famous violinist!” “And that ridiculously handsome young man is Shane Johnson!” “Whoa, Jonas’ ex is a huge deal!”
