If you’re here solely for the steamy scenes, then you're gonna have to wait till chapter 25. If you're seeking action and chaos, there are glimpses of it early on, but the real storm breaks in Chapter 19. After Chapter 1, the story progresses to 9 years later. If you're too impatient and want to understand what happened during that time, jump ahead to Chapters 7 and 8—they fill in the blanks. They had all abandoned me on the island full of wildlife. I was left all alone. Everyone else, including Jade, had left me all alone. Sophia had finally avenged me. Jade didn’t even care to look for me before he entered the ship. I am still doubtful if he, too, was a part of the conspiracy. I was left only with my bag and the two notes, one left by Sophia and another by my best friend Lisa.

I'm not really sure what happened but there has been a formatting error on several chapters. I didn't realize it until now. My author page looks completely different. I'm in the process of fixing the abrupt cutoff when they first reach the beach house. There are about 6 paragraphs are missing And I don't typically re-use chapter content. I am working my way through from there to fix any other errors that have come to my attention.

A/N: Dear ones, if you want to relive it, this scene is very important for our couple, because it's here that our dear Manu realizes something is wrong with the police chief. So, if you want to relive the scene from Manu's point of view, it's in chapter 99 of the book "Couple 2 – Heitor and Samantha." And when Manu's suspicions arise, it can also be read in chapter 102 of the same book “Couple 2”.
