Dear I Fear We're Facing A Problem Novels & Stories

I can't separate this feeling from me because somewhere, I know something isn't right. But I don't want to share my worries with others and worry them just because of something I am feeling. Maybe it is just my baseless fears that are messing up with me. I have called a meeting to talk about a big issue on our hands. Since we are in a lockdown state, apart from new wolves, we will not be taking in any other wolves. It's a difficult choice, but we don't have any other option, as the club can't comprise the safety of our people.

[Fergus POV] We were both speechless for a long as we contemplated the various ways in which we could address the problem that was in front of us. Do we need to talk to the folks who work at the park or the elders about this matter? I asked Morpheus while making sure that I was looking him square in the eyes.

He ended the call and gulped down a non existent saliva before bracing himself for the worst. "Boss we have a problem.."

"I dare not think it's me and Enzo, even though I didn't listen to the entire conversation from start to finish, I still feel extremely uneasy. I could only hear the voice of an angry woman shouting loudly, "If he's just threatening you in a way like causing an accident, I will never come to you. Our family's company is facing serious financial problems, funding has been abruptly cut off, and partners are turning their backs on us and want to terminate their cooperation... Ha... in just a month, our family's business... your father seems to have aged ten years."

Dwayne said, and I shook my head. "There aren't new hires at the house," I said, and he sighed. "Regardless, we need to investigate what is going on," I said, and he sighed. I was afraid of the outcome of this. A faceless enemy is powerful, and we had just gotten ourselves one. The question that loomed in the air was, 'who would want to hurt us this badly?' I hoped, for all our sakes, this was an issue that would be resolved without war, or we would definitely lose.

No big deal, I've got this. “There's another issue we have to deal with,” I sigh, fighting to stay calm so I dont panic my bonds. “What is it?” he asks, leading me back to the bed and pulling off the duvet to wrap around me and wrapping the towel back around his waist whilst I tell him the little information I have about what the Greys might be doing here.

“What’s wrong, Nate? You seem troubled.” I hesitated, unsure of how to voice my fears. “It’s nothing, Layla. Just a feeling.” But Layla's gaze was unwavering, her eyes filled with concern. “Tell me, Nate. We’re in this together, remember?” I took a deep breath, steeling myself for what I was about to say. “I fear that our enemies will not rest until they have exacted their revenge. They are cunning and relentless, and they will stop at nothing to see us destroyed.”

I say sternly. "Why not?" "Because it's our first damn problem since we ve been in charge. How's it going to look when we go crying for help? He'll think we aren't capable of doing this shit." "I mean, we aren't." He jokes. "Sure, but he doesn't have to know that!" I cry. "He already does Nara." I sigh, "He's meeting with his guy right now. Real fucking lucky for us huh." "Yeah..." "How do we even ask him about this?"

What is it? Though I try to pay attention to the chat, all I can hear is my own heart thumping. Something enormous approaching has a sound. Something worse than what we have currently observed. Leo picks up the phone, his face stiffening. "We have a problem". My voice is hardly audible, I go toward him. "What kind of trouble?" Leo looks at me, his face incomprehensible. "The kind that ends all we have battled for." The words hang in the air, and I know—whatever comes next—we are not going to walk away from this unbroken.

“All our money is frozen? All our contracts are canceled? Why?! Who gave them permission to do this?! We have done nothing wrong! There must be some kind of mistake!” “It is not a mistake sir!” the assistant answered sadly and fearfully. “And it is not just us. All the companies we are connected with… they are all having the same problems. Their funds are frozen, their business deals are canceled, and everyone is saying they don’t want to have any connection with us anymore.
