I smiled as my music started. I rushed over to the ring as the music stopped, and Jax stepped out, leaving only the ref in the ring with us. As the bell sounded, we both lunged toward each other. Both of us went as hard as we could. He punched me in the side of the head, but the adrenaline rushing through me was so strong that I didn't feel it. I punched him in the ribs, but he didn't move. I pulled my foot around and slammed it into his hip. He stumbled a little bit but kept throwing punches that I dodged easily.

Dad’s hands gripped the doorframe. “Ray… Bella…” He lay face down on the floor with his head banging against the floorboards. Another police officer walked over and grabbed his arm. “Sir, please control yourself. Do not interfere with the scene.” Dad shook the officer off. He stood up and turned toward my mother, lunging at her. He raised his arm and slapped Mom across the face. A sharp crack echoed through the living room. Her head lolled to one side and blood trickled from the corner of her mouth.

I mocked and got punched in the face again. "Shut up and fight!" Derek snarled. "Or are you a weakling?" He punched me consecutively in five different spots and places, forcing me down to my knees. Damn, he punches really hard. "I'm no weakling," I giggled, pushing myself up even though it hurts. "You hit like a woman." "I'm just enjoying the massage that you're giving me you know…." He tried crippling me by hitting my kneecap but well, it wasn't that easy to cripple me. Although, it still had effects on me.

The most shocking part is that he gets these people so high in the air before they land with an excruciatingly loud thud on the floor. An indecipherable expression formed on Derek’s face. “You good?” Derek asked quickly, letting go of my hand. I nodded and got in my stance waiting for the whistle. Derek swung as I ducked, missing the blow. I punched him in the side taking advantage of being close to the ground. He grunted as he charged at me. Blow after blow we kept on deflecting each other. We seemed to be very evenly matched. After a few minutes of neither of us getting the upper hand. I felt like he was going easy on me which was annoying.

He flung his elbow back before he made a direct hit with Adam’s face. The sound of something cracking filled the space we were in. Adam staggered back with a broken nose that oozed blood from his nostrils to his mouth. I didn’t get to say anything else because Kade hauled me over his shoulder stomping out of the dojo like a freight train. “Kade! Kade! Put me down!” His back was made of fucking bricks because three punches and he didn’t feel a thing. When he put me down against the silhouette of his car it took a minute for the world to stop spinning and when it did, Kade’s angry face was right in front of me caging me in.

I planted myself between her and Gaia, my body aching, my hands curled into fists. Suki let out a vicious growl, her dark eyes burning with rage, but I didn't give her a chance to move.
