Delilah Green Doesn't Care Novels & Stories

Back at her luxurious hotel suite, Delilah sipped champagne, confident and smug. She stood before the mirror, admiring the crimson dress she’d chosen symbolic, dramatic, unforgettable. “She’ll crumble,” she muttered to herself. “They both will.” Just as she lifted her glass again, her tablet buzzed. A single message blinked on the screen. "Nice try. See you in court. H.F." She froze. Another notification appeared this time a link. She clicked.

"B-BEAST?" Delilah stuttered as she could not take her eyes off his eyes. Her whole body was shaking in fear. She heard a loud growl which made her fall to her knees to submit to him. The growl was so powerful that she lost consciousness and fainted. The next morning, Delilah felt a light in her eyes. When she opened her eyes she immediately closed them. The sunlight directly fell on her face. It bothered her to keep her eyes open.

he added. Delilah’s gaze snapped to him, her smirk widening. “Madness?” She let go of Olive’s chin and stood up. “Madness is thinking your dearest Olive could ever be happy while I exist.” Olive’s hands trembled as she tightened her hold on her stomach. “You don’t have to do this, Delilah.” Delilah leaned in, her breath warm against Olive’s ear. “Oh, but I do,” she murmured. “And I’m going to enjoy every second of it.”

Delilah’s stomach fluttered as she stepped out of the Uber, her eyes tracing the grand silhouette of Bellvue Manor. "Well, here goes," she murmured into her earbud. "Keep it together, Delilah," Ruby’s smooth voice replied. "Tonight's our night." From her own vantage point, Helen’s voice crackled through the line, calm and precise. "Ladies, let’s keep it tight. Eyes open, ears sharper." "Roger that, Helen," Delilah responded. "We've got this."

Let me give it more time. Once I get to my room I run to where my things are. I have not finished unpacking yet. I am still hoping something would happen and I will be out of here before I know it. I managed to bring Delilah’s journals with me. I have read them enough times to have them memorized, but maybe I missed something. How comes in their whole six year relationship, there is no mention of a child. It seems like a very huge thing to pass over, especially someone who mentions her outfits in the journal.

“Who is she?” I gulped the rising bile in my throat and felt my heart thudding so hard against my rib. “This is Delilah, I told you about in the last call.” She nodded her head, eyeing me up and down. “Does she even know how to work?” I almost crouched in front of her intense gaze. They’re unwelcoming and repulsion. “Yes, she helped me so much here. You don’t even know but she is a fast learner.” Kat only hummed and walked inside looking around the bakery. My palms were sweating bad at the thought of losing this job.

#ExpelDelilah “I guess I expected that.” “But don’t worry. We totally got your back. Do you want to hear what Julian said?” I nodded in the mirror. @Julian_Lancaster You all sound like a pack of sheep. Delilah’s not dangerous—she’s cornered. Maybe ask why she snapped instead of blindly following a hashtag. #JusticeForDelilah @Julian_Lancaster Also, hitting Professor Grey was clearly an accident. He stepped in. She didn’t aim for him. But go ahead, twist the story to fit your narrative. #TruthMatters

“Yeah, nice trip for you, and like I said, represent the pack for me. I need to be here so who better to send than you..” “Yeah no worries bro. Let me know when.” In truth I planned to be sending him out on more business meetings in the hope he would find his mate on one of these trips as she clearly wasn’t at our pack or at the local packs… and I hate seeing him struggling… this is one of my closest friends…. “Aww Del, you ok to come do your sweet talking for me this week at a meeting with a new client?” Jake asks Lilah. “Yeah course J, but you best have coffee and hash browns waiting for me” she grins.

The staff gave us a card, and then we got into the elevator. “Angeli, what kind of bachelorette party is this? Ate Angie and Ate Kara didn’t come... Don’t tell me you’re leaving me here too?” Angeli didn’t answer. The elevator opened on the sixth floor, and she dragged me down the dark hallway. “Martha... Don’t waste this moment, okay? It’s just one night. One chance to score with someone else. After this, you won’t be available anymore. Don’t miss this chance, and just make this night amazing.”

And he also knew how much this could hurt his mate. Delilah... Delilah who was promised to another Alfa. Could she be in love with him? That would make things much harder for our bonding and for Marte. Shit. I could already feel his jealousy. As long as she was a minor, I wouldn't feel our bond, but something told me I would be as jealous as my wolf was. This was seriously bad news.
