Delta Rune Novels & Stories

Her eyes were soft like she could see exactly how much I was breaking apart and did not know how to fix it. I was grateful enough that I had her and Marla here. Maybe Leo as well. “High ranking females from allied packs. The Alpha will spend time with each of them over the next week, and then he'll choose one to be his mate." The casual way she said it made it sound so simple. "What exactly is a Delta?" I asked. I tried to keep my voice steady but failed. It came out thin and strained. "They are female wolves of high status. Strong bloodlines, good pack connections, proven leadership abilities." Riley studied my face carefully. "The kind of women who make suitable Lunas. One of them will rul

Every eye in the vast quadrangle lifted at once—omegas clustering together instinctively, alphas straightening with predatory tension, betas murmuring in the gaps. “Three at once?” a wiry beta boy yelped from the fountain’s edge, splashing water as he scrambled to his feet. “That’s not a summons—that’s a declaration!” “Vale crest on the first!” shouted a delta girl perched on the balustrade, her voice sharp with awe. She pointed, finger trembling. “Look—the stag and peaks, blood-red wax. Rose, that’s yours!” “Eastern Pack on the second—serpent coil, black as death,” growled a burly alpha from the training yard, his practice sword forgotten in his grip. “Valek’s mark. Marcus’s kin.”

“Do you accept the position of Head Alpha, accepting all the risks and responsibilities that come with the position?” “I do, Alpha Suter.” “Then take your seat and receive your mark,” Nino said. Malachi took his shirt off and sat down on the chair that Bryan brought over. It didn’t take long since the mark was just symbols added onto your Alpha mark. The first was the mark of Tiewas, the symbol for Tyr and it represented persistence over obstacles and justice. The second was the mark of Perthro, the symbol for the dice cup. It represented that your destiny at that moment was known to you, the road ahead was clear but could change as well. The third was the mark of Ansuz, the symbol for god a

“Kellen, this isn’t your fault. The curse... it’s not about you failing anyone. It’s about breaking it. We’ll find a way to stop this.” Before Kellen could respond, his phone began ringing, causing all three of them to jolt. He drew it out and furrowed his eyebrows when he saw Axel's name. “Kellen, Daciana, listen to me,” Axel’s voice was urgent. “You need to get to the compound now. It’s the Delta... she’s gone feral.” Daciana’s heart skipped a beat as she exchanged a glance with Kellen. The Delta, one of the pack’s oldest warriors, was a fierce and loyal protector. The thought of her losing control sent a chill down Daciana’s spine.

he said. She smirked. “Wasn’t planning to leave your side, Alpha.” --- The eastern ridge smelled of blood. When Kael and Luna arrived, two patrol wolves lay injured—one unconscious, the other whimpering with a slashed shoulder. Kael shifted instantly, his enormous black wolf form radiating power. Luna followed, her smaller, sleek midnight wolf at his side. And from the shadows, he stepped out. Dren. Tall, pale, with oily black hair and a smile that made her stomach twist. His eyes glowed sickly yellow, his claws dripping crimson.

Elise had noticed that it was on all the males' left arm; one band meant you were delta, two bands were beta, and three bands were alpha, like the one she saw on Rygan's body. She hated that even at this moment that she thought of Rygan's ravishing sculpted body right now, shaking her head to get rid of the thoughts. “Don’t think about it,” she scolded herself as her hand tightened on the railing around the ring to focus on them. Kaide's body was more lean-muscled, but his body was not lacking in any way, just less jacked than Taz's. A blush crept on Elise's face when she looked up to see Kaide staring at her.

Kent, an Alpha, probably tired and under pressure of taking care of his clans. He probably doesn’t get to enjoy the simpler things in life like the sunsets. So this was why my sister Marianna was sauntering around in her room in an orange dress which reflected back golden light when she moved, because Marianna was right, I always knew what these werewolves liked. The dress was perfect. Marianna looked perfect. Kent won’t know what hit him. “Mother,” I lazily called. When she didn’t answer I yelled, “Mother, get your butt up here now!”

Ruelle groaned from my right side. “They took only the pup?” I asked Nevan to be sure, and he nodded frantically, already breaking a sweat from trying to keep up with us. Nevan was going to be a hacker under the Delta who would be Rune when Soren took over. The Delta was usually in charge of communications within and outside the pack, so Rune’s team members didn't need to be fighters but were excellent at getting information, which was why Nevan didn't need strength training. “Yes. They took just the pup”

“Now the Delta rank. I was thinking and decided to match the group’s first letter with something that connects them. And for them, I found the Doctors. Delta - Doctors. Hope you get it. So, the medicine area. Doctors, nurses, chemists, staff that work in the infirmary, etc. Their leader would be the Delta and they would be a common group like the GammaW and his warriors. The people working in the health domain report to the Delta and the Delta reports to you.” “Ok, not bad.” “Then the Epsilon would be education. Again, the same idea as the Delta.” “Yes, that’s fine, too.” “The next was a bit difficult, but I improvised—the Zeta. I took the Greek word ‘Ζωή, Zoe’, which means life. I decided t

Without a Beta, the pack would fall. Delta- The Third in Command. Unlike Alpha and Beta, the Delta's rank is achieved, chosen by the future Alpha and Beta to work alongside them. Delta's work closely alongside Luna's, dealing with the internal pack issues, helping pack members in need. Without a Delta, the pack would fall.
