The sound of the door swinging open drew me out of my thoughts again, and immediately I tensed as I watched Reno appear at the threshold, flanked on both sides by the Deltas who’d been guarding her in the dungeons. She’d had a shower and a fresh change of clothes since the last time I saw her, and as she walked into the room I noticed that both Deltas didn’t try to follow her in. I’d ordered them not to, so they gave me nods of acknowledgement that I barely noticed, as all of my focus was turned to the woman in question—the woman all of this had been set up for. Reno Fabrini’s features were a mask of devastation and hope as she took a small step towards her daughter before suddenly stopping.

I gave him a darting look. He wiped the sweat that formed on his forehead as he spoke, “It’s about your former Beta, Raldalf Ambrose. News reached me that the Alpha of the Agarwood Pack, Alec Aoki was also after his daughter, Irina Ambrose. This is insulting because Ambrose first promised his daughter to you!”

Smoke and fire came into view first. Yeah right, a dragon loved his chosen-not! This red creature was a demon. Its fifty-foot wingspan held my gaze. Large talons on the tips of his wings matched the size of the claws on each appendage. Heat radiated above us as he swooped around in a circle. He looked to have metal plates covering his flesh, or was it even flesh? I'd give him points for lethal grace. Every inch of him cried warrior, top of the food chain, dominant species. The townspeople prostrated themselves. We, in our white dresses, stood tall, though my knees knocked together and I knew the others were as terrified as I was. We clasped hands. Julia and Chersa on either side of me. I cou

Alice whispered to Ashton who watched her keenly, studying her from top to bottom. "Are they safe?" Derek asked thoughtfully. "No, they are not. When triggered then they will make you run for the hills." Alisha clapped her hands in glee excited to watch the four. "Who do we have here?" Ashton asked since all looked same to him. "The one with the yellow dot on its forehead is Delta. It's a male." "The one with Gray and green dot are Gray and Charlie, respectively." "And the one with blue dot is Omega. She's a Beta."

Shouted Beta Kim fuming like a mad woman that my bodyguards and Ben madame Ann tried to step forward but I stopped them “You are going over the line Beta Kim, I can't stand you throwing insults at my Boss kindly leave before it gets nasty for you “ said Madame Ann looking really annoyed and irritated. “You’re pathetic Kim, you need help “ I said shaking my head “You can’t be the same Nina, most be someone that looks like her …!” She said coming to drag my shirt to check the mark and her eyebrows furrowed ,her eyes popping with so much shame and raw intense anger when she saw the tattoo to the full moon , an indication that I am the omega Nina she used to know and it’s also a mark to show tha

I questioned when his eyes returned to their normal color. “Yeah, it works just fine. Will you be swearing her in as the Delta female and seeing if we can give her the pack-link too?” he asked as he looked in the direction of the packhouse. I turned to see Dara walking towards the training grounds with a coffee mug in hand and a bag hanging from her arm. “Yes, if she is willing to try to establish the pack-link and is willing to accept her rightful position as Delta Female,” I replied, accepting the mug of coffee from Dara. “Luna Delania said two creams, two sugars, Alpha. And yes, as Mitchum’s mate, I would be honored to accept my place as Delta Female of Skatom Mochain,” Dara said, wrappin

Rademos surprised himself with his outburst. "We are one! We are the demon known as Astraldon." "Demon?" Rademos repeated, sounding surprised. "Is this a joke?" "Yes, you are a demon! You are an incubus. You are the demon of destruction." "I- I don't understand," Rademos replied, feeling a deepening sense of confusion. "In due time, you will!" "What do you-"

He shut his mouth and crossed his arm. "I want you to be my second command, do you take the responsibility?" "Alpha, I am not strong enough-" "Do you take the responsibility, Linda?" "Y-yes, Alpha." I let her sit down. "Devon, Gunner, Gilo, Timor, and Lior," they confusedly stood up. "I want you to be my Deltas, do you take the responsibility?" "What is Delta?" Gilo asked. "We will train armies to protect our pack and it will be divided by five led by you. Everyone under your team would be your responsibility, in the battlefield, you will be the first to set a foot in and last to set foot out making sure everyone was fine.

DANE T he sun shone down as Madden and I sat in the rental car across from Sun Sing Chinese Restaurant. We’d arrived twenty minutes early in order to coordinate with two more of our teams. With what little we had to go on, I had increased the tail on Alexander Ducane. It seemed that now Tel’annas was no longer a ‘threat’ to him, he'd become more relaxed. It had only been three days but the douchebag had ventured out more in those three days than he had in the last 3 weeks.

Breathing in and out heavily, I stepped back from her a little. "Hold my phone will ya? Direct the light to my head" Rachel hastily did as I instructed. With another sigh, I loosened the scarf on my head and allowed my hair to fall. Rachel gasped immediately, coming closer to me. "What have you done Ella? You know wigs aren't allowed in the school." She said running he fingers through the red hair that were now touching my waist. Just this morning when I woke up, it was at shoulder length. Freaky!!!!
