Mr CEO Is My Baby's Daddy

Don't touch me!" She yanked his hand off, inching away from his reach. "Kath.." "What do you want from me?" She snapped, fighting the urge to tear up in front of this untrusting man she once called her husband. "You." he answered with so much authority and possessiveness. Katherine scoffed, what does he take her for? She wasn't ready when he drew closer to her, covering the space between them. He lowered his head until his warm breath fanned her face, "Marry me," he whispered to her, "again" ... Anderson Riecke is determined to do anything to legally secure his place as CEO of his father's chain of companies. But when his father's proposal was for him to get married, offering him only a very short time; it becomes a tug of war for him and his brothers. Anderson Riecke is willing to do anything to retain his position and inheritance, including remarrying Katherine Tetrazzini, his ex-wife whom he divorced out of her infidelity. Anderson is left with no choice than to invite her back into his life. No strings attached and on contract basis. The deal was to part ways, once he achieves his aim of being stated as CEO and rightful owner of the conglomerate; Katherine Tetrazzini felt the same way about him, all she wanted at that point was the benefit and then she'll be out of his life for good, before he finds out about his seed developing in her womb. But what happens when the feelings that both thought had died resurfaced, threatening to pull them back together? When Anderson Riecke took the risk of entangling himself with his ex-wife again, he was ready for anything but not for the weight of her secret and Katherine is determined to keep it away from him forever.

Enjoyed the different twists and turns in the story. Loved the fight between Katherine and Shania. Felt sorry for Renard getting shot near the end by crazy Suzy. Happy how things worked out for Katherine and Anderson. Glad Jude found someone who loved him after Hope.

Two natural forces are both in harmony and constantly fighting. The rain would come down any second; its distinct smell filled the air. Plush, intertwining clouds pushed their grey front toward where I stood. Angela stopped by the edge of the river; she placed a hand on her chest, her heart wouldn't stop raging against her rib cage, and she fought to keep silent a small whimper. Her heart was so loud she feared it would give her away; it was so loud in her ears; she thought the creature that used to be someone she once trusted would hear it and tear it from her. "Who is there? She screamed, looking back, hearing footsteps getting closer. Until she stopped and looked back, there stood a man with a mask, holding a knife; who was this person? Being diagnosed with anterograde amnesia made her unable to create new memories; her past kept haunting her. is it the same person who is always killing her in her dreams?

Since the fake heiress, Emily Burk, is a student of an Ivy League institution, I got into graduate school in just three months. After Emily decides to return to the country and establish her own business, I spend a year establishing and developing my business to the point that it becomes the biggest retail company that sells female apparel. When Emily gets featured in the news for her feats as a village teacher, I decide to donate tens of millions of dollars in order to secure a spot on the headlines. While my family can't stomach my behavior, they realize that they can't beat me as well. But when I choose to announce my upcoming marriage right after Emily has made her own announcement, my mom, who hasn't contacted me for three years, calls me on the phone immediately. Apparently, she demands that I delete my pre-wedding photos. "It's bad enough that you keep stealing Emi's thunder! I can't believe you actually stole her husband too! What the hell are you up to, Gabriella?" Emily's fake sobs can be heard echoing in the background. "That's enough, Mom. I asked Derek to tell me the truth. He doesn't even know who Gabriella is! She Photoshopped that photo on purpose just to piss me off!" Who's Derek? Also, my husband, Caleb Ingram, is my childhood sweetheart from the orphanage for 18 years! How did he become someone else's husband anyway? But when Gabriella sends me one of her pre-wedding photos, I find out that the groom in that photo looks exactly the same as Caleb. Isn't that a huge coincidence?

She Got the Credit, He Got the Breakdown

She Got the Credit, He Got the Breakdown

I stare at the email on my screen, unable to move my fingers. Tomorrow is our company's crucial product launch, and I just learn that the patent for the algorithm I spent three years developing is now filed under Matthew Ashford's new assistant, Sophie Bennett. I storm into Matthew's office to confront him. Sophie sits on his desk with her legs crossed, looking completely innocent. She claims that she filled out the form by mistake. "It's just a clerical error. The patent still belongs to the company. What's the big deal?" Matthew stands up from his chair, positioning himself in front of Sophie. I can't believe what I am hearing. "Matthew, this is my research!" "Emma, you're thirty-five. Why are you picking a fight with a twenty-three-year-old intern?" He frowns. Then, he turns to Sophie. "Starting tomorrow, you're the new CTO. Emma needs… some time off." I'm utterly stunned. A decade of marriage and five years dedicated to building a company together have been shattered by a few casual words from him. Thirty minutes later, Sophie posts a photo on social media of herself sitting on Matthew's lap. They are both clinking champagne glasses. "So lucky to have the best boss ever. I'll make sure to be his loyal kitten." Below that, Matthew leaves a comment—three red heart emojis. I shut my laptop and pick up my phone. "Hello. Is this Mr. David Langley from Novara Group of Sundale Valley? This is Emma Whitmore. I've changed my mind. I'm ready to join you." I pause. "And by the way, about that unreleased algorithm upgrade, I have the complete technical blueprint. Make me an offer." Later, I fly to Tallisport with an eight-figure check in hand, while Matthew goes frantic trying to find me.
