The tears returned in full force, streaking down my cheeks as I squinted into the blinding flood of white. And then… I opened my eyes….and came face to face with the devil. It was as if the book had formed a face that had no eyes or mouth but dents of them in a sculpture-like figure that indicated they were there. The face smiled at me and the book closed itself. The face popped on the cover of the book and looked at me. The book then floated in the air and eyed from head to toe with a stinky look. "'Who dares open the Gem of Alizon?!"'
