Devil's Face Game Novels & Stories

I let myself fall deep into my zone with red in my sight. “Gaetano, do you understand why they say never make a deal with The Devil?” I interrupted his laugh. He looked at me with narrowed eyes as I blew out the cigarette smoke into the night sky. I flicked the bud away and met his gaze, giving him a devilish smirk. “I’m about to show you why.” I drew my guns out at the same time men jumped out from the wooden crates. And a war with fire began.

I warn him yet again, my hands busy turning me to Picasso with a contour brush to my face re-applying my smeared make up, I threaten him with a smile on my face as I practice the best version of my fake smiles to give to the audience when I leave this bathroom and head back out to the party. It really does feel like making a deal with the devil, the atmosphere becomes quiet and dingy, I can hear a pin drop at this point, the hairs on my arms and neck are as erect as if electric charges had passed through them or something. " Okay okay I hear you, just stop with the mention of death it's too gruesome for me," that is so ironic coming from the Devil himself. I honestly cannot picture the Devil

Seeing that there was only struggle in his eyes, Jack’s cold and low voice sounded again. “It’s almost time. Let me introduce the rules of the game. Today’s game is very simple. As you can see, the device on your head is called the double jaw ripper. It’s an upgraded version of the death mask. It will hook your upper and lower jaw. When the countdown of the timer ends, your mouth will be torn open by it. This is the exact opposite of a beast trap. Let me show you.” Just as he finished speaking, the screen on the television flashed, and an identical machine appeared. The machine was covering a human skull model.

I don’t know how but, I think his game is not going to be nice. Well, can’t judge. “Sure. What game?” I ask. He smirks. “It’s easy.” He states. Suddenly, I feel his hand on my left thigh. My heart begins to jump. He draws closer to me and his hand is moving up. I shudder. He brings his mouth to my ear and whispers, “I’ll have you guess some things.” He moves back a little. I can feel his breath as our gap is small. I look into his eyes.

“A favor. That 's it. I don’t have anything in mind, yet. But when I do, I’ll call for you, you’ll answer me. No matter what. Otherwise, the deal is broken and you’ll get back to this shithole.” Mia breathed heavily. A favor? Get out of there? “Are you the Devil?” she asked. She still remembered some of the things her mother had told her. Mia shook her head, avoiding thinking too deeply about her mother. “Who cares? Does it matter?” “It does! I don’t want no deal with the Devil!” “You’re too picky, for someone who is about to become a worker in a brothel. Not only you, but your little doll of a sister.”

The anticipation in the room was tangible, and I could feel the weight of impending doom hanging over me. "What is this? What evil game are you planning to play?" I gasped, my breath heavy from screaming and exertion. David cast a cold glance at Dane, who instantly understood his silent command. With a flick of a switch, the board slowly began to rotate, my body pressed against it. Panic surged through me as the rotation gradually picked up speed, and I let out a piercing scream. “We’re playing a game called darts.” He said just as the first knife came flying at me.

Wolves collided with the shadows of those wings, thrown across the room as blood and instant death erupted. Vivica froze, eyes wide, her chest rising as she watched the devil himself descend upon them. The dark blue aura surrounding him pressed against her burning skin, sending a thrill along her heated skin, and desire, through her. All the rumors about him turned out to be true. He was the Devil. The real Devil. Finn stepped forward deliberately, each movement slow, lethal, deliberate. He stopped just in front of her, the room now deathly silent except for the beat of her pulsing heat.

How exactly is it that someone so beautiful could be so evil and cruel at the same time. How could he just sit there so casually, threatening lives without a flinch? I guess they do call him the devil for a reason. And there was a glint of amusement in his eyes. I know what he was trying to do. To humiliate me, to prove that he could be able to get me after what happened in the club the other night. Fine! If that is how he wants to play it. So the devil loves playing games? I'll give him one. “Fine,” I answered and lifted my chin stubbornly, “I will need the money sent immediately. Yes, i fucking be your pet.”
