Serious ones. First, he didn’t believe that Viper would send anyone back to the scene of such a massive clusterfuck so soon. The profit potential was…” She pinched her fingers together. “Astronomical.” Ayra’s brows drew together. “Why would she even chase something like that if she didn’t want us in the life?” For the first time, Lisbeth’s gaze faltered. “Because by then… they’d realised something. Neither of them—Father with his warmth, Mother with her brilliance—wanted this for their children. Not for me, and... especially not for you.”

Halsey watched as Dwight stepped forward, yanking the Stormborn Devil away with a powerful motion. The Stormborn Devil quickly regained his composure and snarled, his face twisting in rage. "You brat! How dare you ruin my fun!" With that, the Stormborn Devil swung a punch at Dwight. Dwight, agile and quick, effortlessly dodged the blow and retaliated with a punch to the Stormborn Devil's stomach. With a loud bang, the Stormborn Devil crashed into the side of the car, spitting out a mouthful of blood.

Rose? “Yes, Damon Debrassy is the current leader of the Downtown Devils. They are another elite gang, like the Westside Thorns, but one we have always been in opposition to,” he explained further, including a long list of past sins. “Slavery, gambling, prostitution, gambling…Some of their past members were spies for the German forces during WWII,” he shook his head.
