The Rejected Alpha's Heart

The Rejected Alpha's Heart

I have," both Hector and I said simultaneously. The priest nodded and continued. "Very well, let us remember marriage symbolizes love and devotion between two people. We remember that love is patient, kind, doesn't envy, doesn't boast, isn't proud. It is not rude; it isn't self-seeking, keeps no record of wrongs, and is not easily angry. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices. A spirit always protects, trusts, hopes, and perseveres. It is my understanding that Luna and Alpha have written their vows. "Alpha Hector, if you will," The priest paused and handed the microphone to him.

The Lie Behind His Devotion

The Lie Behind His Devotion

Just quietly supporting her from a distance, expecting nothing in return. Three months of silence. He was hurt, that's all. Enough time's passed. Of course he still cares. Of course he still loves me. The more she turned it over, the more convinced she became. A self-satisfied smirk crept across her face, something close to contempt flickering underneath it. You act like you hate me, Grant. And here you are, still circling back to me like you always do. Twenty years of devotion doesn't just disappear because of one bad night.

GUILTY DEVOTION

GUILTY DEVOTION

My wrists were sore and still, I had smiled every time he said, "good work or can you quickly run this for me before I nap?" Sheila stood. “Look. We’re not jealous, okay? You’re smart, you’re passionate, but don’t mistake crumbs for a full-course meal.” I blinked. “Crumbs?” She nodded. “Affirmation doesn’t mean affection and just because someone uses nice words doesn’t mean they mean well.” I felt something break inside. But I couldn’t let them see that; I couldn’t admit I’d been played. “I’ll let Dr. Weller know what you’ve been saying,” I muttered, grabbing my folders.

One Night's Mistake With My Fiance's Brother

One Night's Mistake With My Fiance's Brother

Not flawless, but devoted. The house, once filled with quiet shadows, laughter that had faded too soon, and the lingering ache of past mistakes, was now filled with small joys: the soft gurgle of a newborn, the faint squeak of a crib, the warmth of shared smiles between two people learning together. Devon carried the weight of responsibility with humility, sometimes with awe, but always with unwavering commitment. Each day, each night, each gentle touch, each whispered reassurance was a promise renewed.

Blind Devotion, Bitter End

Blind Devotion, Bitter End

I watched in horror as he moved to dump my daughter's ashes into the toilet. I shouted, "No! Please, don't do this!" Xavier chuckled. "If it means so much to you, then apologize to Reina." I nodded frantically. "Okay! I'll apologize!" I dropped to my knees, the metallic taste of blood filling my mouth as I choked out the words. "Reina, I'm sorry." Xavier was not satisfied. He said, "Not good enough. Get on your knees properly and bow." I clenched my teeth so hard I thought they might crack, but I obeyed. I bowed deeply and apologized. "Reina, I'm sorry!"

The Last Leaf of Devotion

The Last Leaf of Devotion

And now, all she wanted was to divorce Ansel. Odessa's heart went numb with pain, tears quietly streaming down her cheeks. She pushed Ansel away and said, "Do you remember when we first got together at 17? I told you I'd leave without hesitation if you ever betrayed me. You promised you never would. It was a matter of principle." When she'd been murdered, her killer had stabbed her 17 times. Each wound was a cruel echo of the blind devotion she'd held at 17. Ansel's gentle mask cracked. His eyes grew cold, glittering with disdain. "Principle?" he scoffed. "Do you really think something we said as kids still matters?

Full Moon Curse

Full Moon Curse

The world feels frozen. Like the end of the world rests on my shoulders. In this minute, everything can change. No one seems to move once I start speaking. The clouds open up and lightning strikes. I’m running out of time. “Devotion isn’t about your soulmate. It comes from so much more. From the bond created to cement a life beyond what we all thought was possible. From friendship that has a power to destroy a person once their gone. Devotion to a mother that could transpire the grave. To the ability to stay friends with the nobody, everybody else hated. To a bond so strong you stayed by her side and helped her find her way home. Each and every one of us are devoted to Amy. She’s the reason

It’s a good book. I just hope it doesn’t drag on with so many chapters. It has a lot of typos but you don’t notice them unless you looking because you’re so into the story. The grammar police are in the comments though.
Dan blessing
it's a good book and I'd like to introduce my own book it's called "The Startegist and the Prince" by Dan blessing, plus it's a mafia romance so if you're a mafia romance fan I suggest you at least read it and see if you like it.

A Sinful Devotion

A Sinful Devotion

“We’re still here.” “Yes,” he said, voice hoarse. “And I’m not letting anything take you from me again.” The words weren’t just spoken—they were a vow. And I wanted to believe them. I wanted to feel the weight of it, let it settle over the tension and fear and leave only trust, only surrender.
