Lyosha joined Julie and I. We read the objective of the game and as soon as we entered the room we heard the door lock behind us. A large digital clock on the wall started counting back from 60 minutes. Lyosha and Julie started to frantically look for clues all around the room that would help us move on to the next step of the game. There was a desk in the middle of the room with documents strewn across it. I moved the chair back and pulled at the drawers. The drawers that I was able to open were all empty except one which had a flashlight. The bottom right drawer was locked.

"The contract requires a pregnancy. It does not specify which twin provides the genetics." He released my jaw and stepped back. He reached into his trouser pocket and pulled out a small, silver key. He walked over to the heavy oak door and inserted the key directly into the lock. A loud, heavy click echoed through the room. Roman pulled the key out and slid it back into his pocket. "You locked the door," I pointed out, my heart racing wildly. "You said there were no locks." "There are no locks to keep you safe from me," Roman corrected softly. "That lock is to keep everyone else out."

Aisha asked as dead silence be fell the room. Her hands shook against the back of Mars. "Jasmine? Are you in there Chicca?" They heard someone call from outside the door,

"Huh!" I gasped in shock. "Did Marcus finally figure it out already?" I whispered to myself as I quickly tapped the numbers on the keypad. My fingers were trembling slightly, not from fear, but from the weight of the game I had chosen to play. I waited. For a second, nothing happened. Then, suddenly, the soft sound of the lock releasing came. A small click, so quiet but so loud in my ears. The door opened by itself.

"Can you get us in?" The agent nodded sharply, already pulling out his compact device and then his fingers flying. "It's a standard grid lock, just give me sixty seconds." As the hacking tool worked, Kelvin’s eyes scanned the hallway. He heard, a faint hum came from the other side of the door, but he couldn't quite place what it was. Then, the lock clicked and the door creaked open. And the heat hit them like a furnace. The room beyond wasn't like the others.

Axil stood in the same spot where I left him, gazing at the door... well now me intensely. I pointed at the doorknob, "this knob is to open and close doors. You see this little thingy on the knob? It's called a lock. When you twist it this way," I twisted it right, "the door locks itself and no one could enter the room, which gives you privacy. If you want to unlock the door and come back out, you turn it left, got it?"
