It was a conphisticated door with locks that barely no one could ever guess. "Shittt….! What could the code be?" Amanda tried hard to think, but nothing was working. All the codes she inputed was wrong. Funny enough, she had just one trial left. "Oh come on….!!!! Please father" Beatrix pleded to any God that could hear her. She has been abducted, and here she was just a door away from her freedom.

I walked towards it and twist the knob but the door didn't bulge. I tried it again... severally but it couldn't open. The system didn’t want to give this door up. That meant it mattered. That meant this was the exit they were meant to never reach. He forced the override. Ignored the warnings stacking behind it. Forced deeper. One last barrier. He broke it. “Now.” The panel lit green. A soft mechanical sound followed. Heavy locks disengaging. One by one. The door opened slowly. Too slowly. Every second stretched thin. Damian stepped forward immediately. No hesitation. Evelyn right beside him. The gap widened.
