Before Jackson questioned me, Melvin stepped forward and grabbed my hand, and at that moment, I felt a trigger in my other hand. She wondered if Manadlynn had the same powers over time as Abagail had. She assumed so, seeing as how the rogues had her hands bound behind her back. Diego slams the door open, trapping a male witch behind it. The impact knocks the breath out of him, but he shrieks, sending a burst of sound that nearly deafens us. Diego takes the hit, then punches him so hard his skull cracks against the wall. Dead. Kare takes a flying kick to the face of another witch, breaking her nose, caving it in. She’s dead before she even hits the floor.

I declared. Diego left after I had told him all I needed to, but then I felt we were going to add the witches on the list of those we would go to meet. The witches would be a great advantage to us, if we are able to change their fixed heart and make them help us in this fight. Although, they were going to be affected if they didn’t agree to help us, but they would be affected, just slightly, because of the powers they possessed. And that was the reason we needed to get them on our side.

I realize it cannot cross—just as the one I summoned never left its place. Two tentacle‑like writhing tendrils dash out, coiling around Dagar’s arms. They pull, dragging him closer. Dagar snarls, muscles straining as he resists. His patience breaks, and he hunches low, glaring at the witch with fury, growling. “I know everything there is to know about witches,” he says. “My mother taught me.” “Good for you,” she huffs, weariness gripping her. “Now die.”

“Listen, we have thought of a plan. You just have to help us figure it out…” “What’s your plan?” she asked, her eyes already glassy. “We need to get rid of her. We need to find a way to hurt her enough to be gone. For good,” I said. Her eyes closed, as if my question was her death sentence. And she somehow couldn’t escape it. A tear slipped out of her eyes. Then she opened them, meeting mine. “The best way to hurt a witch enough to get rid of them is by summoning them with a fire ritual using her birth-given name.”

She sighed dreamingly and I nodded in response. “Damn right. But you owe me an answer Red.” I said to her, tracing my hand across the back of her ears with my finger. “I need to know how to kill the fucking witch because now that I think about it, she’s not going to let rule.” My eyes were dark as I stared at her, giving her the sexiest stare I could muster. “It’s simple. You just need two ingredients. A mixture of Mugwort and mountain ash. You just make a powder and blow it in her face. Or get it into her blood and she’ll die from it.”

Zeinah suddenly realize that she is getting out of her acting and revealing her true intention "Who are you working for Zeinah?" Diego aggresively comfronted her. Leaving her with no other choice now that her spying was discovered , she is force to use her last option , escape but before she does she deliver an attack to Diego she forgot that he is a son of a witch he also posseses a power if not comprable to the others, but enough to protect himselt. She immediately left dissappear into thin air to protect herself. leaving him to think of where he went wrong. He was so in love with Zeinah and maybe he is still. But this time he realises that he had been use by a cunning and heartless witch.
