REBIRTH OF THE CURSED OMEGA

JANA'S POV

“Jana! Try to keep it under control!” My father shouted, waiting outside my room.

I was in my room when the cursed wolf in me came up again and was making me hit myself on the strong walls that my father had intentionally built for me. It wanted me to go out so that I would kill anyone, including my father. But my father had locked me in, noticing that the dangerous wolf in me was about causing trouble again.

“I… Am… Trying.” I managed to speak out while my body was going through pains as blood trickled down my forehead and bruises were on my skin.

*Let… Me… Out* My wolf growled, dangerously.

My bones cracked and I screamed in agony. As my head hit the wall hard, I passed out.

I found myself on my bed, with my father by my side, looking worried and sad.

“You are awake.” He said as his face lightened up a bit.

“I want to be alone.” I said, without any emotion.

“W…why? D.did I do something wrong?” He asked, looking concerned.

“What have you not done wrong, father? Tell me, what have you not done wrong!” I shouted, with tears streaming down from my eyes.

My father bowed his head and sighed heavily.

“I am sorry, Jana. Those were days of ignorance, I admit that I was selfish.” He said, with his eyes, looking weary.

“Yes. You need to be reminded of how selfish you were. How could you agree that the curse continues with me! Your daughter! J…just for love!” I shouted at the top of my voice, and more tears strolled down my cheeks.

My father also had a cursed wolf, but when he met my mother, he was determined to get rid of it by all means. He went to ask for help from the witches, and they told him that they would help him get the dangerous wolf out, but it was going to be transferred into me after he mates with my late mother and would be even stronger to defeat once I inherit it.

This was what they call selfishness! How on earth was a father supposed to do this without thinking twice?

Because of the dangerous wolf in me, I had not gotten a mate, not even a friend. They all ran away from me whenever my wolf lashed out on them, and this made me lonely.

On one fateful day, I went to the stream that was in a quiet part of our kingdom. I loved to do there, because of the lovely sound the moving water made. It made me feel happy and at ease. Then I felt a presence around me, it was a powerful aura that made me curious who it was, so I turned around to see who it was.

To my shock, it was the Lycan Alpha King. To me, he was one of the most powerful and cool kings I have ever heard of because he was a vampire king and also a Lycan King. I have heard of how he had defeated evil dark lords and brought victory back to our kingdom.

But, something I didn't expect was the way I was drawn to him, and he stared at me for what seemed like a long while.

“What's your name?” He asked, out of curiosity.

STEFAN'S POV

I was in my room, pondering on what I was supposed to do, concerning the dream I had last night, when I heard a knock on the door. I recognized the scent of the person knocking on my door, it was my beta.

“Alpha, the issue has been resolved.” He informed, with his eyes lowered.

“Alright.”

I put on my clothes and headed off to the stream I visited whenever I was less busy. And to my surprise, when I got there, just as my dream had portrayed, the lady who was going to be my mate, I saw her from the back, exactly the way she looked. Although, I didn't see that she was at the stream.

I could feel the mate bond already, but something seemed different about her, and I was trying to figure that out when she turned around to face me. Her beauty seemed unmatched, and her skin glowed like the crescent moon. 

“What's your name?” I asked her, wanting to know everything about her.

“I… I am Jana.” She responded, lowering her eyes and fiddling with her fingers.

Suddenly, the surrounding aura changed and the wind began to blow.

“Please leave. She is coming.” She cried out in fear.

I was baffled and didn't understand what was going on. I could hear a low, raspy voice, like it was whispering in her. As an Alpha King, I couldn't just run because of this, which I still didn't understand, and before I could take a step closer to her, she ran off.

Her actions made me baffled, and I knew that I wouldn't be able to get it off my mind if I didn't get to the root of what just happened. I went back to the palace and asked my beta to do a quick investigation on who she was and where she stayed.

The next day, after getting the information from my beta, I went to her house. I knocked on the door and a man opened the door, he must be her father.

“Alpha King, what have we done to be graced by your visitation?” He asked as he bowed his head in respect. 

“Is Jana your daughter?” I asked, with no expression on my face.

“Yes. Did she hurt someone again?” He asked, out of fear and worry.

That's when I knew that I had to know what was going on with her.

“Is she in?” I asked, ignoring his question.

“Yes, please come in, Alpha.”

I went inside and the aura that, I felt, was a dark one. She was the one with that aura. 

“I noticed something dangerous about her, tell me more about it.” I demanded, with a straight face.

Her father explained to me all that I needed to know, and I knew that it wasn't going to be an easy thing.

“I want her.” I said, looking in the direction of where she stood with her mouth agape.
