Now after I get rid of you then I'll take your company, and hey I'll even take her as well she isn't so bad to look anyway” said Jake smiling evilly with blood dripping down his face Jonathan glared back and soon headbutted him and pushed him, then threw two punches and knocked him back then tackled the male off a ledge. Jonathan caught himself before he fell, and Jake cought his leg and hung onto him.

I laughed when he kissed my hand. "You're also really cheesy." He smiled too. "I'm Julie, and I'm off-limits." His smile dropped, and I walked around him to Liam who was laughing at Jamie's facial expression. He pulled me to a closed door and knocked. The door opened with a big scary looking guy. "Liam!" He yelled over the music enthusiastically. "Hey, Jax! I have a new fighter and trust me, this one has skill." I smiled as he talked me up. The man let us in and we sat down on a leather couch. I sat quietly, my stomach rolling with nerves as they discussed who I could fight tonight.

I was halfway down the stairs, the cool wood of the banister beneath my palm, when the silence was finally punctured by Jake's sharp, authoritative voice echoing from the living room. "You're going to have that interview and settle your score with Brendan," Jake commanded. I could hear the familiar snap of his patience. "Both of you need to make up. For Christ's sake, Drake, you just had a debut. Your career hasn't even fully taken flight and you're already trying to ground it with a street brawl." "We all know why that fight happened, and why am I the only one getting blamed for it?" Drake fought back, his voice raw and ragged.

The music abruptly ceased. "Listen, everyone! Tonight, I'm going to set an example with Alpha Kevin. He has been preying on women, touching them without consent," Alpha Jake declared, his handsome features now focused and determined. He removed his suit jacket and tossed it to Carter, his eyes locked on the trembling alpha on the floor. "I don't intend to be excessively violent at my welcome party, so I'll be using my hands today!" Alpha Jake announced with authority. He threw a punch, striking Alpha Kevin's nose. The sickening sound of bones breaking filled the air as blood streamed from Kevin's nostrils.

She desired to walk in, but it was preferable she stayed back and listened more. “No one would find out about it if you two do not say a word, no one would find out about it” Dawn assured them. “What are you insinuating?” Paul asked. “Oh! I know what he is insinuating, that we cannot keep our mouths shut. Because he is the holy one” Jake replied rashly. “So you think you are our boss, don't you?" Paul stormed at Dawn while he was pushed away by him. Paul got angry and punched Dawn hardly on the face and a fight broke out between the three boys.

Jake whimpers as he shakes it off. We again circle each other. This time I rush Jake and pin him to the ground. He uses his legs to throw me off of him and jumps on top of me, sinking his teeth into my side. This pisses Spartan off. He kicks Jake off and sinks his teeth into Jake’s shoulder. Spartan throws Jake across the field and stalks off towards him. For some reason Jake shifts so I do the same. “You are out of your mind if you think you can beat me.” I grab him by his hair and throw a punch at him.

Daniel stumbles before righting himself and pulling Geovany into a headlock. "What the fuck was that for?" I hear Daniel ask as they walk away. "This is a kid's party, man," Geovany responds. "I was trying to keep it from turning into something rated NC-17." They continue to rib each other as they go out to the deck and greet more of our guests.

I responded and held Jake very tight. We lay on the bed naked and were silent for some time before I broke the silence. “Are you an Alpha?” I asked him. He looked at me in amazement. “Where did you hear that? I don't remember telling you anything like that” he asked. “When were you going to tell me? Do you want to build our relationships on secrecies?” I asked him. “I am sorry, everything happened in a hurry and I did not have the time to tell you” he apologised and I saw reasons with him.

“Agreed; maybe we should bring it up with the fight committee. Creed Volkov shouldn’t be here. He doesn’t belong here.” I roll my eyes as I do my wrist wraps. “Uh, you assholes are forgetting that whoever fights Creed is doing so willingly. It’s not like he’s out here holding a silver fucking dagger to their throats and forcing them. They’re all here to try to win the five million on his head.” They both look my way and grin. “Is that why you’re here, sweet cherry? You want to claim the milli for yourself?” they ask, and I can’t help but laugh at the stupidity of that question. Even if I need the money, I’d never fight that guy.

Jake grinned as he headed to Buzzer’s table, where five men were seated. “What can I get you, handsome?” “Bottle of water,” Jake said and pulled out the chair to sit down. “Glad you could make it, Wrath,” Buzzer said. Jake grinned, his smile putting Buzzer at ease as a few other men greeted him as well. A Prospect sat down on Jake’s other side. The man was well over six feet and probably close to 350 pounds. His face was scarred and tattoos adorned his knuckles. “This is Donnie. He recently retired from some underground fighting club,” Buzzer said.
