Or at least, I’d thought it was an earthquake until I realized that everything else inside my room was staying perfectly still except for the book and my hands that were holding it. The book was shaking, and I feared that it would burst at any moment. Luckily, the shaking ceased after a few minutes and the cover of the book swung open, revealing the first page.

It almost feels surreal! I started to dust off the books which were placed on the lowest shelf. They have the most dust among all the books here. They are literally covered with dust! I scrunched my nose when I inhsled some dust! I should have brought a face mask. I can't help but looked around while dusting off the books. The whole library has an eerie vibes. I feel like I am in a sone kind of horror film. It is a bit dark. I tried to find the switch but I did not find any.

She continued to look down at the book, refusing to make eye contact. “How do you suppose your journal got there?” he asked. She looked him in the eye, doing her best to keep a straight face. “I was walking home last night, and I lost it somewhere. Maybe they found it.” He studied her. Finally, he said, “Maybe.” They stood there, in silence. “The weirdest thing of all,” he continued, “is that, before I went completely unconscious, I could have sworn I saw you there, standing over me, yelling at those guys to leave me alone….Isn’t that crazy?”

His wrinkled face looked like it was crawling with countless wriggling worms. I shuddered and stepped back, whispering to Silvia, "Good thing I've got you. This place is terrifying." She snorted and suddenly shoved me forward, straight toward George. With an icy laugh, she said, "This pretty boy will make a great offering. You're going to love him." She chuckled to herself, wondering why the authors bothered with such misleading names. One particular book caught her eye - 'Blood Lust'. Raven couldn't help but roll her eyes at the title, feeling annoyed at the lack of originality. "Might as well give the writers of these books a Nobel prize for nice book titles," she grumbled under her breath as she opened the book. The first picture she came across made her pause.
