Guardians of the Stones. Earth-Air

Guardians of the Stones. Earth-Air

The fight between good and evil has been going on since time immemorial. There have always been those who want to protect the world from destruction, just as there always been those who want to subjugate humanity to their will. At the epicentre of the book are two young people, Katelyn and Jake, who unknowingly become the first bearers of terrifying divine powers. Their lives are about to changes irrevocably. Secrets that have been kept for hundreds of years, a world that no one knows about, become the every day reality for Kate and Jake. A gift that may seem like the greatest miracle will turn into a never-ending battle for their lives and the lives of others. Adventures, secrets, dangers and love will give readers a great deal of pleasure and will not let them put the book down. Will the new times bring destruction to mankind? Will the Brotherhood of Guardians of the Stones succeed in their mission to protect the divine powers and prevent them from falling in to the wrong hands? Can the fate of the world as we know and love it depend on a select few who do not even know they exist? Guardians of the Stones is the first part of a fantasy adventure trilogy depicting a modern eternal struggle between good and evil. This is a modern novel in which we will meet adventures, dangers, secrets, love and many human experiences. The novel will appeal to fans of detectives and thrillers, but it will also be a pleasure to read for those who like adventure and romance novels. There are very few elements of fantasy in the book, so even those who do not like fantasy will enjoy the novel. The book takes place in the 21st century, in the modern world.

You can recognize good book from few pages. Paul White created amazing story with a soft touch of his own soul. The book is real deal! You can't stop reading it. Waiting for the second chapter, which I believe could bring even more action, love and adventures.

Viral Trial: They Say I Stole My Own Son

Viral Trial: They Say I Stole My Own Son

When my wife, Katherine Johnson, and her childhood sweetheart, Zack Wilson, were on an overseas vacation, they somehow went missing. All they left for me was a newborn baby born of their affair. 20 years later, I make a post about my son, Wade, passing the exam and joining the police force. Unexpectedly, Katherine and Zack return to the country and decide to sue me. At the prosecutor's stand, Zack sports a slicked-back hairstyle and can be seen wearing a smart-looking suit. The things he says, however, are very rude. "Many years ago, Katherine and I got married after she got a divorce. She then gave birth to a son for me. Harry, who was jealous of our happiness, stole Wade from us! "We've been looking for Wade over the past 20 years, and yet Harry refuses to return him to us! As Wade's biological parents, we have the right to demand him back!" Katherine glares at me angrily as well. "Harry, did you steal Wade simply because you're infertile?" The court hearing is streamed live on various platforms. The viewers are enraged, to say the least. They begin bashing me in the comment section. "To think that he actually stole someone else's kid just because he doesn't have any kids of his own!" "He's the reason that kid was separated from his actual family! What a disgusting, vile man! He must return the custody to the kid's biological parents!" But when Wade does get summoned to the court, everyone is left shell-shocked.

The God's Bride Is Reborn To Rewrite Fate

The God's Bride Is Reborn To Rewrite Fate

After the War of the Gods, Olympus forged a new pact with the last of the Titans. From then on, the mortal realm was ruled by demigods. Those who carried the blood of the gods within them. Once a century, Olympus held the Sacred Marriage. The twelve ruling gods would choose mortal noblewomen as brides. Their goal: to sire heirs with divine cores. The rule was simple: whoever birthed a demigod first would see her husband crowned the next High Councilor of the Gods. In my past life, I married Deimos, the son of Ares, a man renowned for his fierce devotion. Soon after, I gave him a son—a demigod brimming with raw power. A prophecy declared our boy would one day rule Olympus, and Deimos rode that promise to absolute power. Meanwhile, my sister Evadne, blinded by the beauty of the Sun clan, insisted on marrying Lucian, Apollo's playboy heir. But Lucian's philandering left her with more than a broken heart. He gave her a divine blight, a curse that left her barren. She blamed me for it. She hated me with every fiber of her being. On the very night I was crowned Queen of the Gods, she set the holy temple ablaze, burning me and my son alive. Then I opened my eyes. I was back on the day of the Sacred Marriage. Evadne had already broken into the temple and climbed into Deimos's bed. I knew it right then. She had been reborn, too. But she didn't know the truth. The blood of the War God is violent. Deimos wasn't a prize to be won. He was a monster in disguise.

My Lawyer Husband Defended His Mother's Killer

My Lawyer Husband Defended His Mother's Killer

My mother-in-law, Martha Miller, dies after being struck by my husband's assistant, Layla Atkinson's car after the latter runs the red light. But the court verdict shows that Martha is the one scamming Layla. I've filed appeals three times, yet I've lost all three. Just as I'm about to file the fourth appeal, I find out that someone has stolen Martha's corpse. I'm about to call the police when my attorney husband, Michael Sawyer, seeks me out. He even gives me three thousand dollars on the spot. "You should know that I've never lost a case, Bianca. No matter how much evidence you have, you can forget about winning your mother's case. "If I claim that your mother is scamming Layla, then she will forever be a scammer. The fact that you keep taking her case to court just means that you want more compensation. Anyway, I've already gotten someone to sell your mother's body to the black market. It's worth three thousand dollars in total, so I suppose that's the value of her life. "Stop bothering Layla like a pest you are. She's kind enough to not make you pay for the damages her car has sustained, after all." No wonder Michael keeps defending Layla. It turns out that he thinks my mom is the one who has died in the accident this whole time. I just push the money back to him. "You should keep the money. I don't have the right to take it."
