Oops, I've Been Exposed

Nobody else had the right to do so. "Uncle Jasper, are you confused?" With a serious look, Mabel said, "Did you forget about what 'fake' means? Terms like counterfeit, imitation, forgery, and knockoff are common in our trade!" Jasper blushed. Of course, he understood all those things. He just wanted a chance to talk to the pretty Alexia. He'd thought that Alexia would certainly give him a detailed explanation if he humbly asked her. But Alexia did not even spare him a glance.

CEO Wants Me: Heiress Has Risen Again!

“Wait. Did you hear that?” I stepped out of the stall, arms folded, gaze calm but cutting. “Don’t stop now,” I said, voice steady. “I was enjoying the fiction you were all writing.” The group looked like they wanted the ground to swallow them whole. “Let me help you out,” I said, walking forward slowly, “No, I’m not the ‘fake’ daughter. Ginny’s been working overtime trying to convince you otherwise. It’s what liars do—spread enough doubt until people forget what truth even looks like.”

Great storyline! Love the characters... Laughed, cried, got angry... some parts were too drawn out others too short. A few grammatical errors, but overall a truly great read!!! Definitely would recommend it to others!

I really love this book. Huge character maturity over time. Unique story for this platform. You will fall in love with the characters and may even gain a new "book boyfriend" out of the read. The book is not short, but that makes it better to follow the roller-coaster love story. Great job, author!

Life After Prison

Life After Prison

Unexpectedly, his remark was heard by two rich women who were viewing other unit models not far away. One of the rich women looked at Diane and immediately laughed. "Some kids like to act rich and pretend as if they have lots of money even when they have none. They buy fakes because they can't afford genuine ones, and they still have the gall to say that they aren't short of money." Another rich woman next to her smiled and said, "Exactly! They love showing off, but even if they buy fakes to show off, they should at least try to avoid getting those that are so obviously fake!"

one of the best novels of this site. well written and great story. The only problem is Monday you get a lot of pages and chapters, and the rest of the week you get a page a day. Come on the author and this site can do better. Really about to stop reading because of this.

My readers loved her. I had also continued to accept reader submissions for ‘Worst Wednesday,’ which had developed a small popularity of it’s own. Occasionally, I came across a submission that seemed obnoxiously fake. There were certain things that made for pretty obvious clues. I’d laugh, and I never posted one that seemed too phony, but the irony occasionally caused me to stop and think; was I not guilty of the same thing? Perhaps I was just better at concealing my crime.

I stopped at the base of the stairs; Claudia stood there in robes she had entered my room earlier with a mischievous grin on her face. “And someone still hasn’t learned their lesson,” I said calmly but loud enough for her to hear. She frowned slightly, “climbing walls in the middle of a thunderstone. Quite a performance, even Spiderman didn’t go far for his heroine...” I rubbed a hand over my face, “that’s why there a thin line between fiction and reality.” “Oh, come on,” she teased, walking closer, “like many writers wouldn’t die to write that in their fictions... so tell me, was it worth it? Almost killing yourself for that little plaything of yours.”

Faking It With The CEO

Faking It With The CEO

Clearing her throat, Emily sat down, smoothening down her blouse. “I'm sorry, Sir but what did you just say? I think I heard wrong. I hope it is wrong” “I want you be my fake girlfriend” Emily blinked, absorbing the shocking offer, “Are you sure of what you have just said, Mr. Sterling?” “I am” "I'm not sure how I feel at the moment" “I completely understand, Ms. Collins. It's a lot to ask," "Sir, I……I appreciate the trust you've placed in me. But engaging in a fake relationship feels... ethically challenging. I also understand the pressure you're facing from your family and it’s a difficult situation. However, I don't want to participate in deceiving your family”

he replied simply, adjusting his glasses. I rolled my eyes. “You need help. Here—” I reached for one of the novels from the table beside me, one that was light and funny. “Try reading something that won’t make your brain combust.” He raised an eyebrow. “Fiction?” “Yes, fiction,” I said, placing it in his hand. “You know, made-up stories with emotions, imagination, and people who do ridiculous things for love?” He opened the first page, his expression unreadable. For the next few minutes, the only sound was the crackle of the fire and the rustle of turning pages. Then, suddenly—

“What does that even mean?” “It means,” she explained patiently, “that right now you have a chance to experience something before reality ruins it… look I don't really care about what happened or how it happened, even if I am a bit curious… but at least you will finally have some sort of experience in a relationship… whether fake or real.” I frowned immediately. “Experience what?” “A relationship… you know I don't like repeating my self,” I laughed once, but it came out sharper than intended. “This is fake.”

Beneath the ICE: Falling for the Captain

“A fake relationship is a fineable offense, but a fake engagement is corporate fraud, and if the board catches us lying about a marriage, they won't just fire me—they’ll blackball my license and sue you for breach of contract." "They won't catch us because we aren't going to look like we're lying," Stefan said, his strides effortless as he closed the distance between us again, his massive frame completely cutting off the exit until I was trapped between his chest and the brickwork, the scent of his expensive cologne mixing with the sharp metallic tang of the arena air.
