The Billionare's Wife

The Billionare's Wife

“She said she would take care of my mom as compensation for me going to prison for something I didn’t do. Why didn’t she? What did I do to deserve this? My life is practically over.” “Layla, don’t say that,” I said quickly. “Your life is not over.” “It is,” she whispered, the pain in her voice slicing through me. “I couldn’t finish school. I went to prison for murder. No one is going to associate with me. I can’t get a job. I don’t even have a place to stay. How do I go back to living like nothing happened?” Tears started to fall down her cheeks, and I felt utterly helpless. Then an idea came to me risky, yes, but it might be the only way to protect her.

Become a Prisoner of The Mafia

Become a Prisoner of The Mafia

"Hey, who are you? Are you planning to take the girl away? Take me too!" "Please, take me too!" "Me too! Help! Help! I need your help!" "I'll pay you for the rest of my life, as long as you free me!" "Me too! I'll do anything if you help me!" "Help! Help! Help!" Instantly all the prisoners were in an uproar and they tried to whine at the man. The man looked increasingly agitated and a little scared as they were all noisy now. Which made the man just stare at Selena who covered her ears because of the noise and commotion.

Man in women’s prison

Man in women’s prison

Larry pushed the door open and walked in, taking a look at Piper. She seemed more mature than before, she had a charming smile on her lips. "Larry, have a sit." Piper pointed to the seat across from her. "What's the matter with calling me here so urgently?" Larry asked as he sat down. "Do you know of a girl named Diane inside our prison?" Piper asked, leaning back in her chair. "Yes, why?" Larry pretended to be confused and said, "She was picked up by our third squadron a few days ago and is now living in a single-room cell in the prison."

Life After Prison

Life After Prison

"Old Wacko! I'll be leaving this place now! Thank you for taking care of me the past five years!" Emotions began welling up inside of Severin. When he was first sent to that prison, he witnessed how a gray-haired old man was bullied and withheld from having any food. Severin then willingly decided to share half of his food to the man. Everyone in prison called the old man a wacko because he was constantly mumbling about achieving immortality. Many ignored him, and some even abused him verbally, yet the Old Wacko seemed rather nonchalant about the whole thing. Severin was the only one who chatted with him every day, prompting the others to call Severin 'Little Wacko'.

This storyline has some interesting characters. Jada and Easton are so busy ranting and raving about Severin and Edward is making a complete donkey out of them. This is a good book. I know it’s ongoing but so far I am enjoying it. Do not miss an exciting book if you’re looking for something goo.

one of the best novels of this site. well written and great story. The only problem is Monday you get a lot of pages and chapters, and the rest of the week you get a page a day. Come on the author and this site can do better. Really about to stop reading because of this.

Poisonous Love (Serial Killer/Stockholm Syndrome Romance)

Poisonous Love (Serial Killer/Stockholm Syndrome Romance)

--------------------------------------------------------------- Chapter One Hundred and Four ** A Year Later ** Michael’s Point of View My life was just the same thing every single day. I wake up, I have breakfast, I get some time in the ‘’yard’’ which is exactly what it sounds like and then I go back to my cell. I spent 23 hours of the day cooped up in a little eight by six room. At least I don’t have a room mate, I'm too ‘’dangerous’’... apparently. This was my life, for literally the rest of my life, in a way, I kind of hoped for the death penalty but because I pleaded guilty to my crimes, I was just given life in prison and avoided the death penalty… which was annoying.

Leaving My Life in an Intern's Hands

Leaving My Life in an Intern's Hands

She sat in the corner of her cell all day without sleep, murmuring to herself over and over that it was all her fault. "Zachary, I'm sorry… If there's a next life, I promise I'll make it up to you." Without thinking, I immediately responded, "That won't be necessary, Mom. I don't want to be your son in the next life." As if she could suddenly see me, Mom turned toward me and exclaimed, "Zachary, you came to visit me! I knew you couldn't bear to leave me." I was startled, but I tried speaking to her again.

Saving Another With My Life

Saving Another With My Life

He didn't have time for my calls. "I'll do it myself," I whispered, forcing out the words. Using every ounce of strength left in me, I gripped the pen and scrawled my name. The pain was overwhelming, threatening to pull me under. As my consciousness blurred, I overheard the nurses murmuring in the background. "Marriage really is a gamble. That pregnant woman we brought in earlier had a husband who treated her like she was the most precious thing in the world." "In contrast, this one is on the verge of death, yet no one is here for her."

One Night Stand With A Two-Faced Stripper

One Night Stand With A Two-Faced Stripper

I knew she was right; there was no way to make up for the terrible things that had happened. She had lost everything, and now I was going to spend the rest of my life in prison. I felt hopeless as I was escorted to a police car and taken away. It was a fate worse than death, and I couldn't imagine how I would survive it. <<< >>> It’s been months of living in hell, crying every single day without talking to anyone, and praying that one day I get out of here. Then I closed my eyes, imagining a life outside these walls, but the sound of kisses interrupted me again.
