The Hidden Luna Queen
Leviticus places a soft kiss on my sweaty forehead as he murmurs, “I’m so sorry, my queen. But I have to do what will ultimately protect you the longest.”
In a blur, he’s gone, taking the one sliver of peace I had with him. I take a shuddering breath as I feel it, a shift within me, a change in the torment inside. The pain doesn’t ease, it would be impossible for it to, but there’s a new sensation to it. It’s like a wild heartbeat, slowly moving it’s way towards a perfect shift.
Harry’s voice cracks through the pain, “She’s my sister! Wolf or not, I’m capable of helping find her!”
