Katerina got up from the couch, shaking her head in both disgust and annoyance as she walked toward the bar. One of the girls walked toward our table, but both Ezra and Diego didn’t pay her a second glance. “They smell like aphrodisiac,” Ezra stated, and Diego shook his head. “Forcing their pleasure out of them. Something that my father has as a profession. It is a shame that he doesn’t see it as wrong and doesn’t have anyone to tell him off, don’t you think?” Diego said, standing up as he looked at the woman, Katerina. “What are you going to do?” I asked, and he looked back at Cosimo.

It’s pathetic.” Romano chuckled. “She’s your angel, boss. “Yes” Dominic snarled. “She’s my Angel but angels can be fucking nasty too. And she’s taking too fucking long. So I’m going to speed up the process.” He walked to the cabinet. Pulled out a pair of silver restraints. And Tossed them on the desk.

I was taken aback by the takeaway packages that filled the island. “Hello there. Glad you could make it.” Dominic said behind me. When I turned to face him, he had changed into a pair of black jeans and black shirt. And a single gold chain to accesorize . Any ordinary man would have looked like he was about to attend a funeral but Dominic made the outfit look as sexy as hell. I put on my best Sunday smile to cover spreading blush. “I see you went ahead and ordered. What a shame because I was about to whip up something you would never forget.”

Angelo said, his tone even, though his sharp eyes betrayed his tension. Dominic attempted to sit up, wincing at the dull ache in his ribs. "How long was I out?" he croaked. "Long enough," Angelo replied. He leaned forward, resting his elbows on his knees. "You’ve caused a lot of trouble, Dominic." Dominic looked down, guilt weighing on him. He had known the risks of his decisions, but he hadn’t anticipated how far the fallout would spread. "I didn’t mean for things to go this way," he said.

“So how do you know Dominic?” I curse him silently for not giving me anything to work with. “Old family friends,” I blurt. I don’t stop to think it through. It just comes out. It could be true. Marco Nonno Sterling ruled Manhattan once. He must’ve known Giovanni Vance. “What about you?” I ask. “How do you know him?” “We slept together. Once,” she says without hesitation. “That’s how Dominic is. One time only.” My brows pull together. Something cold and sharp settles in my stomach. I don’t like it. I don’t want it. She notices immediately. Her smile turns cruel.

Martin informed him as he approached. He knelt down beside him and said, “Remember the accident that claimed the life of your mother and almost claimed yours?” Martin let out a smirk. “You caused it?” “Well, it is more like I was the mastermind behind it. I wouldn't want to get some blood on my hands so I paid someone to do everything.” Martin answered. Donatello became enraged and fought to free himself from the binding ropes. He was already tired of listening to them and wanted nothing more than to strangle them with his bare hands.

“What the hell do you think you’re doing?” His thumb stroked circles on my thigh, maddeningly casual. “Having breakfast with my wife.” “Your men are right here,” I muttered, glancing at Vitale and Gael. Neither of them seemed to notice, too busy letting Rosario pour syrup all over their plates. Alessandro’s lips barely curved. “They know better than to look at my wife.” My breath hitched. God, he was infuriating. Infuriating and magnetic and I hated how my body responded before my brain could shut it down.

I accidently blurted out and they both looked at me. “You’re dating someone?” James asked “You sneak” Tattia said “no… wait… I didn’t mean..” I didn’t continue because the door opened and Dante walked in with Antonio and Gio behind him. In the past few weeks I’ve come to realize that Dante, Gio and Antonio were basically Kian, well what I knew of him. Antonio was a master manipulator I saw him work his magic on Serena and Gio was just evil if he wanted to be and Dante, well he didn’t really show much.
