*Will* I open the book, revealing the vibrant illustrations of dragons dancing through the skies. “This one is about a dragon named Ember who learns to overcome her fears.” I begin to read, my voice low and soothing, aiming to pull both Frida and Kiera into the enchanting world of the story. “Once upon a time, in a distant land, there was a dragon named Ember. Unlike the other dragons, who soared through the clouds with confidence, Ember was afraid to fly.” I glance at Kiera, who leans in slightly, her eyes reflecting interest.

It felt both strange and familiar that I no longer lived here, but I knew this little world belonged to Noah. “Noah, which book do you want to read?” I asked, sitting on the edge of his bed. He hurriedly took a picture book from his nightstand and handed it to me. “This one. About a kind dragon.” I smiled faintly, opened the first page, and began to read. My voice was hesitant at first, but then it flowed more smoothly as Noah’s eyes focused on me, listening to every word. I stared at the colorful cover, which depicted a green dragon with a wide smile. “Wow, this dragon looks so friendly. Are you sure this is a dragon, Noah? Aren’t dragons usually scary?” I asked, pretending to frown.

Most of the pages in the front were smudged too terribly to read anything but once it became legible, I started to shake with happiness. It was a story book! Eagerly I began reading the first story that wasn't destroyed. MY mouth dropped open in wonder at this finding. It was a shadow elf storybook, and a very old one. Page after page I flipped through the words absorbing every word that I could. The stories were full of ghastly creatures similar to the ghoulcat and the heroes of ancient Gwathendor who fought them. And their lady loves that they saved along the way. Soon enough I was hunched over the bed with the little book in my lap and my head in the clouds.

Perhaps she had woken up in a dream, Minerva thought and looked at the creature that was standing near a huge rock. The creature was a dragon and Minerva was certain of it but it was slightly different from what she had heard. People say dragons are black and ugly but the one before her was nothing ugly. The book was about the history of this continent, 613 years ago the 7 heroes used the body of a dragon to sealed this continent so others cannot entre and people cannot go out, the reason was because this continent was in war with another continent and they lose this was so the heroes demande the help of dragons to save the innocent people in this continent, only one dragon come to help he is the red dragon he save them but in the end he get injured, the 7 heroes killed him and used his body to seal the continent, and to justify what they did they said that the dragon was the one who attack and à phœnix helped them. Also in this book it's mentioned that the heroes regrets what they have done
