And maybe we could have a barbecue for breakfast tomorrow,” she joked, reaching into her bag for the gun we had earlier. I laughed, feeling the steak I had for dinner dance in my belly. Geez. I was overfed. “Can we really shoot it?” I asked.

They raised their hands to Raven who greeted them. ‘Tá gach rud go maith!’ he called to them, it sounded irritated and curt. Maddie had to run in order to follow his long strides. ‘What did you say?’ she asked, panting slightly 'Everything is good!' ‘You don't walk like that otherwise!’ He stopped and took a deep breath. 'I'm annoyed.' ‘You mean it,’ Maddie replied with a slight sarcasm and smiled at him. She read in his beautiful eyes that he was really angry.

Making Ruby chuckle. "But honestly, that Madison is senseless."

Like I asked earlier, are you hungry?” “Woof.” “Before you have pizza, why don't you do something that makes me happy?” My eyes widened with horror. I hoped it wasn't what I was thinking. “Oh, relax, Darrel,” Aiden chuckles, leaning back against the chair as his hands slowly begin to unbuckle his belt. “It's just a blow job.”

“Yes, brother?” Corbin looked at him and asked with a smile on his face, “Do you want to play a game?” Koda beamed, “Yes!” he nodded his head. “Okay, let’s play. Find the mouse,” Corbin said. “No brother, I also want to play find the mouse please,” Kane, the little female wolf, came over stomping her feet. Corbin smiled at them. “Alright, I’ll only allow it because I’m in the mood to play.”

That could explain Barky’s behavior. The sudden drop in the music’s volume cut their conversation off. Mabel’s sister’s voice came on through a wireless mic. “Calling all the ladies over here—we’re about to kick this party off!”

Annie said softly to herself, frowning as she looked at Andy. Andy just shook his head as he continued working on his computer, waiting for Madison to finish taking the call. She was on the phone for several minutes while she took the caller's information. When she finally did hang up the phone, she let out a deep sigh as she turned toward where Andy and Annie were sitting. “You two are not going to believe this one,” Madison said as she began writing something on a scrap of paper. “This woman says that a, and I quote, ‘sage green puppet with teeth’ just tried to eat her dog. Which one of you wants to take this one?”
