A deep, ancient growl echoed from the void. Selene and Nyra froze, swords lowered. Selene’s eyes narrowed. “No… this can’t be.” Nyra steadied her breath. “The prophecy... ” she whispered; “Mother of Ruin… Daughter of Flame… The sky cracks…” From the breach descended something beyond magic, an ancient presence, older than gods. A colossal form, coalescing from storm clouds: a dragon wrought of lightning and shadow, wings spanning the horizon. Its eyes glowed molten white; its roar shook the very foundations.

Kita replied, shaking her head while having her hand palm down on the earth. “What is a dorphan?” “It is a large, heavily set blind burrowing creature. It feeds on anything magical, roots, plants, and sometimes animals. Overall Lana’s dragon was a beautiful petite dragon. Adonis' dragon had a copper base color with dark green accent scales peeking out underneath the top layer of copper in certain areas. His tail, talons, and body size were all mostly in comparison with Draven but just a tad smaller. Harris quickly looked forward when he felt Draven begin to descend. A small cottage tucked close to the mountain on the north side came into view.

The demon creature made of bones growled weaker and finally stopped moving. Draco emerged onto the surface of the snow and flew towards the skeleton dragon that was buried in the snow up to its neck. With a few swings and slashes of the sword, Draco shattered the skull of the skeleton dragon into shape. He dug into the snow with the force of the wind, then plunged into the snow pile to reach for the golden heart that was still beating merrily.
