Dreams Telling The Future Novels & Stories

“Then Reinar is going to wind up being our fated mate.” My eyes land on the right side of the road. There is a sign there that is very modern. It’s blue with glowing, pink holographic text that says, “Wanna see how it all ends? Your dreams will let you see the future!” Panic wells up in my throat. “So if I choose the power to have foreshadowing dreams, then fate will somehow choose Reinar as my mate? Jesus, what a miserable fate that would be...but then again, I don’t really want Jackson either!”

She knew he was coming, it was only a matter of time. He whispered to her sometimes, when she wasn't strong enough to keep him out of her head. Those times were becoming more and more frequent. Elina often had prophetic dreams. She could replay them over and over, changing small details in an effort to change the outcome of what occurred. He had found her in those dreams, he had found a way to trap her and capture her. She escaped, but he was still with her in her mind now, impossible to get out. She hadn’t told Tensel yet. She hadn’t told him that she dreamt about the future. If she had, he would have stopped her three weeks ago, and the children would have probably died.

His touch was warm, gentle, steadying. "It was just a dream." "You don't know that." I opened my eyes, looking at him. "The healing—what I did to save you—I've never been able to do anything like that before. It came from somewhere. Somewhere deep. And now I'm having dreams that feel like visions. Like warnings." Caleb's jaw tightened. "You think you're seeing the future?" "I don't know what I think." I pulled my hand away, wrapping my arms around myself. "I just know that every time I close my eyes, I see you dying. And it terrifies me."

“ How is it a message? I don’t think so because I never remember what the dream is about.” “ Exactly.” Sapphire said with a smile. “ Then how am I supposed to know the message?” “ You’ll keep getting the dreams frequently when the day comes. On that day, you will wake up from the dream and you will remember it perfectly.” Theresa said, this time she wasn’t smiling. “ That day?” “ The day you see a glimpse of your future.” Sapphire clarified making me release a sigh. “ Is it supposed to feel so terrible though? The dream?” I asked and Sapphire made a face as if she was thinking critically about but I knew she already knew the answer. She was just being extra.

“Do you know how crazy this sounds? Someone’s messing with you. That has to be it.” “I thought that too. But then the warnings kept coming true. If I hadn’t listened, you’d be—” She choked on the word. Dead. Eli stared at her, the disbelief plain. “Ava… maybe you just got lucky. Or maybe you saw smoke before the fire and freaked out. I don’t know. But letters from the future?” He shook his head. “That’s not real life.” Her stomach dropped. She’d known this would happen. The letter had warned her.

"There are secrets that cannot be buried in a pit forever. It may be just sleeping now...but the time will come when it will wake up from its slumber and wreak havoc on anyone. I just hope everyone is ready when that happens. The world's nightmare." "Why do you say those things?" "I'm just an ordinary girl, but I have the ability to predict the future. It's not direct but I see things, I know they're weird and I know that nobody will believe me so I keep it a secret from anyone." precognition ability, I didn't know there was someone with that kind of ability. "Why are you telling me that? Did you think I would believe you?"

At the time I had the dream, it wasn't clear but when the Barbarians came knocking on our doorstep, I knew it was the manifestation of my dream. So the dream of someone taking my daughter away from me will surely come to pass. It just depends on how prepared I am when it comes. Though I have been taking precautions since then it doesn't stop filling me with dread when I have the same nightmare or when it crosses my mind. It has become so frustrating because though, I can foresee the future, I don't know in what form it will happen in reality. It's just like having a gun but with a blindfold on. Even with the gun, it still won't know who or what to shoot.

"No, it's more than that. They feel very real. It's almost like they are premonitions, warning me of something... something ominous." Torrez shrugged dismissively, his eyes glinting mischievously. "You've always had a flair for the dramatic, my friend. Maybe you've been reading too many of those history books. Your imagination is running wild." Lucas huffed, setting the pen down and leaning forward, his gaze intense. "I'm telling you, Torrez, there's more to it. I can't shake the feeling that they are somehow connected to the future of the pack." Torrez's teasing expression softened, his eyes meeting Lucas's with a hint of concern. "Alright, let's entertain your notion for a moment," he rele

"What's the matter, my love? Did I do anything to hurt you? Is Eseosa fine?" She just clung to me with a fervour that took my breath away. So I held her for a few seconds until she disentangled herself and turned round to face me. "I'm scared, scared that I'll wake up and all this would be just a dream. You, our baby, your love, your care. Never leave me, okay. Promise you'll never leave me, no matter what happens, promise me." Her eyes were two fevered orbs as they stayed on me.

Jasmine said staring up at Jordan. “You didn't have a dream Jas you had a vision and somehow you are able to take material things from your visions” Jordan explained to her. “What's a vision?” Jasmine said with a clueless look on her face. “A vision is fragments of the future that is revealed to only certain people chosen by the ancestors, different people have different visions in different ways, I see only the tragic events of the future” Jordan explained and she nodded her head in understanding. “If visions are about the future then that girl will be in danger soon, you need to save her from the man under the hood” Jasmine said with realization dawning on her.
