For the past few months, I had been having incredibly vivid dreams about battles and magical creatures. I had assumed they were just nightmares caused by worry about Gabriel. "The dreams..." I whispered. "Are visions of possible futures," Gabriel finished. "Mom, you've been unconsciously guiding events to keep our family safe."

"Actually, dreams shouldn’t be easily dismissed, they are often known to hold secrets about the future and the past that we’re not quite ready to accept yet," she said, her voice gentle and reassuring. "Sometimes, they show us the hidden potential pof our own desires." Sera sighed, her gaze fixated on her tangled sheets. "But it was just a ... silly dream," she repeated, her voice tinged uncertainty. Grace placed a comforting hand on Sera's shoulder. "Your dream can be a gift from the goddess," she said softly. "Perhaps it's worth exploring the content, the desire they provoke, and understand what they mean to you."

“You should tell them to Devyn. If you can't tell him, you can always tell me, Wilona, or even Diana.” I was beyond confused, wondering where all of this was suddenly coming from. Sensing my confusion, he explained, “Your dreams are important because sometimes they are visions, which means they come to pass,” his voice turned grave, making me feel uneasy, “I want you to take them very seriously.” I nodded. If my dreams often turned out to be visions, it meant I could foresee what would happen in the near future. That means I had been right about Praya’s shift; if it hadn’t been just a dream. However, the fact that she had dreamt the same thing still puzzled me.

"But you're a prophet." She sighed. "The future is predictable in some ways but in a rare sense, it can be changed. This is a heaven shaking event with no known end. Besides, my foresight is as useful as a broken film. You can see bits and pieces but you can't make out the whole story. I may write the future in my writing but it is to imply something will happen based off off from what I can see." Kurai sighed. "You know who we met so can you tell us what you know?"

Dom pinched the bridge of his nose with his latex-covered fingers. “They’re not that far off. I can communicate by thought with some—well, I’ve only ever come across five others...”

My lips parted and closed, wondering if I was doing the right thing or not I decided to just spit it out "Did you used to have dreams when you were my age? Or do you have dreams now?" Her brows raised and then furrowed "What kind of dreams?" I laughed nervously and shrugged "You know, just dreams that are so vivid that you remember them when you wake up. Dreams that seem to show you glimpses of the future" She eyed me with that strange look that made me uncomfortable again "No sweetie, I don't have dreams like that. I barely remember whatever I do dream about when I wake up and I most certainly do not see glimpses of the future"
