Charli I stared nervously at the full-length mirror in our dressing room. When I'd opened the large box that had arrived earlier in the day, I gasped, shocked at the dress Nox had ordered. It wasn't the dress itself. It was beautiful: direct from Saks Fifth Avenue with a designer tag. What surprised me was the color. Red. Bright candy-apple red. Bring-traffic-to-a-screeching-halt red. I had to wonder if it was some kind of play on the skater dress I'd purchased months ago.

Charity brutally stepped on his foot under the table. After the meal, Max came out staggering. Charity was not sympathetic toward him at all. However, he had himself to blame for being silly. “Don’t you want to buy clothes? Let’s go in and take a look.” Charity walked into a men’s clothing store. Considering Max’s job, she chose a pair of blue jeans and a white hoodie for him. After receiving the clothes, he took off his T-shirt in front of her, showing his cinnamon-colored, well-defined abs.

The conversation was light and friendly as I stepped around to her side of the table. Harley looked up at me. Her blue eyes, normally bright and almost aquamarine in the day, were like sapphires at night. Her tanned skin was covered in swirling dark tattoos and her lips were dark red. “Charlie!” Harley got to her feet and threw her arms around my shoulders. She gave me a tight squeeze before stepping back and looking me over. “You look hot as hell tonight, girl. You come straight from work?” I put my helmet down on the table and nodded. “You know it. Need some help?”

"Wait, Charlie—what are you doing? I can take a shower on my own." "Leaders from different packs would be arriving to meet you, including some important guests. I'm sorry but we need to help you." "Excuse me?" In the end, I wasn't able to do anything and let them dress me up and put some makeup on me like I was a barbie. They made me wear the beautiful off-shoulder blue dress that seemed to be made for me because it fits perfectly. It showed my curves but not too revealing or scandalous. They tied my long wavy hair and put some light makeup on.

Charlie presents us with drinks. "Gurl, you slept! I booked another table so we bottoms can talk for awhile. Did you see the doms have to talk too?" Says Charlie as I get up and stretch my body. I look down and see I was covered in a jacket because my latex dress was torn. Just the upper part. I look at Aaron as he takes the blue glowing drink. "Your friend insists on talking close. And in private." Says Aaron. I nod my head softly, Aaron helps me stand up.

Charlie plops down next to me again. “Now you two can match.” he says proudly. “Uhm... Charlie. Bellamy and I aren't together, you know.” I inform him. Charlie just shrugs. “That doesn't mean that shade of blue won't be perfect on both of you.” He waves away my objections. Bellamy steps out of the changing room and I have to admit that Charlie was right. The blue looks great. The dark colour suits Bellamy but isn't too harsh the way the plain black outfit was. Charlie stands and claps his hands together happily.

I could leave this town and never, never look back. I studied the pant suit. “Charley, do you think they have this in maybe, a tan? Just not atrociously white. This is blinding.” Charley laughed. “I was just thinking the same thing. It is quite handsome on you, but let me see if there is something else that would suit you better.” Charley was gone for what seemed like all of 5 seconds. She came in with 4 outfits. I really liked the navy blue outfit, a simple short dress. There was a brown pants suit, and something with flowers all over it that I just turned up my nose at.

XANDER POV “Well, don’t you look like a Dapper Dan,” a teasing voice comes from behind, and for the first time in days I relax. Turning, I grin at my Beta, happy to have him home. “I thought you would not make it back in time.” I walk up, hugging him in his lavender suit. My own a paler, dusty purple. Charity picked the color specifically because it matches Nora’s dress. The young Gamma has been running around like a chicken with her head cut off over the last few days.

When Charlie came out of the bathroom in a white suit and saw this scene, he shrugged, "Do you know you guys look like you're in love now?" After a few seconds, Mark compromised, "All right then, have it your way. But you'd better dress up before you go. You haven't changed in four days..." Billy left to change suit, while Charlie drank coffee with a frown, "It had come to that. Why did you agree to let him go there? If something goes wrong, will Summer spare you?"
