Dull Ache Under Left Shoulder Blade Novels & Stories

Feeling a stinging pain from shoulder to collarbone on the left side, Heer jolted up from her sleep. A screech left her lips when she got up suddenly from her sleep in utter pain. Where she felt the pain, her skin pulled all of a sudden as if someone had pricked it with some cruelty. She felt like several needles were being pressed against her skin so ruthlessly, and that thought made her get up from her sleep. Still, her shoulder and especially the left side of her chest was aching. She groaned and palmed her chest to comfort herself but she found something rough flat thin on her skin.

Maybe I am. I keep shifting in the chair, trying to find a position that does not make my spine feel like it has been hammered flat. The wooden back digs into my shoulder blades every time I lean forward. I welcome the ache. Moving means looking away from her, and I cannot do that. Not even for a second.

Damon was taken aback by Chad's words, but he quickly responded, "You are diagnosing me without even checking my pulse? I'd be very surprised to learn that I'm sick." However, Chad smiled calmly and said, "Raise your left arm and press under your left rib with your right hand. There should be an extremely painful spot. If you don't believe me, try it!" Damon hesitated but then lifted his arm and pressed several times. Then, his face became pale. The sudden, intense pain caused him to open his mouth wide, unable to speak. Meanwhile, the other patients in the ward imitated Damon by touching their ribs, but none reacted as strongly.
