Charlotte struggles against the chains, but they only burn her further. She tried to blast the chains off her hands with magic, but it didn't work. "Well, well, the powerful Tribrid has been caught, and no one knows where you are," Sylvester laughs. Charlotte let out a growl as she tried to jump at him. "I've been permitted to torture you a bit." Sylvester chuckles as he looks at his brother's only daughter.

Charlotte put down her phone and remembered the expression Leandro had when he mentioned revealing the original agreement. She couldn't help but wonder if it was just her imagination, but she always felt like there was some "secret" hidden in that agreement. She went through the agreement again, but even after reading it word by word, she still couldn't find where the hidden "Easter egg" was. At that moment, the door was pushed open and Leandro came back from the study. He saw her still sitting on the stool, with a slight raise of his eyebrows, "What are you looking at?"

We thought that we had lost you.” Mom said with sorrow in her voice. “But… that’s almost impossible…” I was speechless. I was supposed to be dead. How? How was I still alive? Charlotte might have sensed my anxiety growing because the next she said calmed me down almost instantaneously.
