Eternal Embers

Eternal Embers

What she found below was no vault. It was a chamber of memory circular, lined with mirrors, each holding reflections not of her face, but of her selves. Different versions of her, spanning lifetimes, moments, bloodline echoes. In one, she saw herself cloaked in crimson, eyes glowing. In another, as a child, her hand held by a woman who looked like Eleanor. And in the center of the chamber, a flame hovered small, steady, silent. It spoke without sound. “You are the vessel. You are the guard.

Dark Enchantment

Dark Enchantment

Another room seemed to be a training ground, the air heavy with the scent of sweat and iron. Every step I took, every corner I turned, was a step further into the unknown. It was terrifying, yet each discovery, each piece of information I gathered, was a piece of the puzzle, a step closer to understanding what I had become a part of. And ultimately what I was up against. One thing was for sure, I was no longer the innocent girl who had been thrust into this world of darkness. I was Elara, a woman who had tasted dark magic, who had used her body as a weapon, and who was ready to face whatever lay ahead.

PRETTY DEVILS

PRETTY DEVILS

Eden's gaze drifted down to the top of Pearl's head, her curly brown hair a tangled mess from her frantic movements. A soft, enigmatic smile spread across Eden's face as he breathed in Pearl's scent, still tantalizing, yet no longer triggering the savage hunger that had threatened to consume him moments before. His demons, too, seemed to be held at bay, their malevolent presence subdued by Pearl's innocence. Who was this girl, Eden wondered, that seemed to wield an otherworldly influence over his demons?

The First of Her Kind

The First of Her Kind

She was a vision—radiant, ethereal, the most beautiful creature he had ever seen. In that moment, Malakai’s heart, long buried under layers of ice, flickered to life once more. It was as if her presence alone had awakened something deep within him, something he had thought lost forever. The sight of her standing there, so poised, so serene, ignited a warmth in his chest, a warmth he hadn’t felt since his mother’s death. The fortress around his heart began to crack, the walls slowly crumbling under the force of his reawakened emotions.

I don’t leave reviews often but when I do it is because an author has done an exceptional job at writing a story that draws you in. This story is one of the best I’ve read on this forum from plot to character development, this story although part of a werewolf trope stands out among the rest!

This is a really beautiful book: very well written with a great plot. The descriptions are intricate & characters complex and loveable. This book deserves to be a paperback! It’s so pleasant to enjoy a gripping story with no grammar or syntactic issues. My favourite book on this platform so far!

Her Redemption

Her Redemption

Jenkins placed it beside the flowers. Finally, he presented a leather-bound book, 'The Great Gatsby' by F. Scott Fitzgerald, and a delicate silver necklace with a tiny crystal pendant in the shape of a teardrop. These he arranged on the bedside table, completing the thoughtful gesture. The room was transformed into a serene oasis, filled with the gentle scent of flowers and the promise of comfort. Damien's eyes never left Seraphina, his gaze filled with an unsettling intensity, as he waited for her to awaken and discover his thoughtful gestures.

Forgotten Embers

Forgotten Embers

She breathed, beginning to calm, on her face a near perfect expression of peace, and a flash of hope could be glimpsed in her blue-green eyes, deep as the oceans. A newness of life came as she turned her head, touching her cheek to the well wet grass. She glimpsed a structure in the distance as she prepared herself to rise. Far across the grassy clearing, tucked in near the line of trees and thick shrubs the forest bears and wears as its own illustrious garment, each uniquely and painstakingly woven, there was a building in the midst of it. She raised her head with interest, and her dark hair, shoulder length and tightly curled, spread out behind her, now drenched and heavy with an early sum

HER MATE, HER CURE

HER MATE, HER CURE

she said softly that made Draeko suddenly embraced her warmly. “Sweety, I am here. I won’t leave you.” Draeko murmured as he kissed her head. “Thutaara, we are here not to disturb you or anything. We are just trying to breathe some fresh air here.” It was Alpha Lumaro, who suddenly shouted. Suddenly, I smoked danced in the air and as it faded, a beautiful woman with long black hair and porcelain-like skin appeared. Her eyes were like twinkling stars, her beauty was truly captivating. She was like a Goddess that descended in the land.

Rhyker

Rhyker

I watched Rhyker standing behind the counter and flipped the scrambled eggs with his pan, he was shirtless and wore a white apron with black joggers. He had one particular tattoo on the back of his neck, it's a drawing of a crown, the crown of Rosla. He whistled while making scrambled eggs. "Are you awake Hemilia? I'm sorry I wasn't in our bed, I wanted to make breakfast for you." He said not looking at me, I gawked at his strong and broad back that is able to give comforting hugs from him. "What's the special occasion?" I chuckled and walked toward him, he turned around and smiled.
