A Queen Among Gods

A Queen Among Gods

I snap in a snarky tone. “Fair point, I shall continue to refill your glass then.” “Thank you,” I say as I take another sip, then take another deep breath as my foot taps anxiously against the footrest of my stool. “So, this new God…” “His name is Azadou. God of Malice also known as the Demon God, and the creator of the eyti,” they explain, walking over and placing a plate in front of me along with a fork, but despite the dish looking absolutely delicious, the thought of food entering my stomach right now makes me want to hurl.

My Personal Lycan King (Book-2)

My Personal Lycan King (Book-2)

However, before he could do that, he heard an angry powerful growl from behind, that sounded nothing less than thunderstorms, making everyone turn their heads to look at the source of the voice. However, what they saw was something they never expected to happen. Standing in front of them was none other than Maahes(the Egyptian God of war, protection, and the weather.). "H-oo-www? How ca-an this-... How is this possible?" Madeline stumbled away from Christopher as she looked at the figure in shock. "How can a God enter the world like this?" Madeline spoke loudly as Alexander and Ashton coughed black blood before lifting their bodies to look at the thing or figure that Madeline was calling a G

This was definitely a complicated storyline, but the Author brought the Characters and storyline perfectly together and ended it beautifully. The Rollercoaster ride of everything, twist and turns of events and the surprises ... I LOVED it!... it kept me wanting to read all through the night.

This is an excellent story! It’s worth the coins! The story lines from book one to two are consistent and thought provoking. The author states English is not her first language, so please be kind as this story is worth it and you can easily figure out the occasional slip. Fabulous!

What Is Love?

What Is Love?

He turned away from her so she could only see his profile. Nyla had never considered her name before. Did regular humans think about why they were called humans? “No.” “Menhit is the goddess of war in ancient Egyptian culture,” he told her. “She was pictured as a lioness. Her name literally means ‘one who massacres.’”

The Rejected Alpha's Heart

The Rejected Alpha's Heart

she said as she took the book from my hands to show me a picture of a wolf resembling Hathor. "In Egyptian mythology, Hathor was a goddess with several powers and responsibilities. She could bring blessings, predict the future, and provide protection and guidance. We also knew her as the Goddess of love, and the Mistress of the damned, leading lost souls to the afterlife. But with that power came a force field to shield her and those around her. In addition, she also could blind her enemies with a light so bright that they thought they were staring into the sun. According to legend, Selene's daughter Persis is the true creator of Hathor. As Persis grew and had her own daughters, she passed d

Bad Girl Reborn

They dumped him unceremoniously at Yosef’s feet. Mutoto, clearly dazed from having been roused from sleep, blinked up at Yosef with a peculiar glint in his eyes. “The scent of medicine... such a strong medicinal scent,” he murmured, his gaze locking onto Yosef. His eyes, cold and snake-like, seemed to slither up Yosef’s legs, as if ready to devour him whole. Licking his lips, Mutoto’s face lit up with a crazed smile. “It’s you again. Have you finally come around? Are you ready to become my Voodoo Lwa?”

REJECTED MATE

REJECTED MATE

“Can we get on with the training, please?” Ophois laughed. “So proper on the outside, but you have the heart of a huntress.” I squeezed my eyes shut and gave myself a mental kick for not remaining silent. Up until Demeter had mentioned this guy’s name, I’d only ever heard of the major Egyptian gods: Isis, Osiris, Anubis, Ra. Ophois called himself the Opener of the Way, but what if he was really the Egyptian god of mischief? Or discord? Or the anti-cupid who liked to break up fated mates?

I say with disappointment. “It’s not natural!” Qianfan exclaims. “Yildiz?” “Yes, Empress?” She chirps. “How many Gods are there?” “Currently? Six,” she answers happily. “And how many are Goddesses?” She smirks, “That would be three, though it used to be five.” “Please remind me, which God created the mutolupus race?” I gently request. “That would be the Goddess Morrtemis, the Warrior Goddess,” she says with a proud smile.

I absolutely loved this book. It was such a welcome change to have a timid and sweet main character. The writing is so great, and had me in tears multiple times. my heart broke and soared along with the story. I would highly recommend this book!

Each of them commonly has the heads of animals, but with the bodies of men, each having an appearance marked by large ears and a pointed nose, so that it represents several animals instead of just one as was traditional in Egypt, where however , still appears associated with the figure of the hippopotamus, which for the Egyptians was a sign of destruction and danger. Even if at first, when they were brothers, this war was between the family at first when Seth was brother and husband of Nephthys. Interestingly, the Egyptian divinity would have torn the womb of his mother Nut with his own claws at birth, size his power of destruction, in which way, he is the son of Geb, who represents the eart

" – Lauren asked, looking at her, touching her hair, trying to align it. “Perhaps because it is mythological in many ways. Also... - He paused causing even more anxiety in Lauren to hear what that very experienced man had to say.

A Queen Among Alphas

The sweet scent of vanilla and orchids reaches me as Yildiz comes to stand beside me as I continue to look at the ceiling; the rays of the afternoon sun shining through making the mural look even more enchanting. “Why are you looking at the ceiling?” She asks softly. “I’m looking at the mural above us. It’s a glass depiction of our origins.” “It’s a touching story. The Goddess Morrtemis was tired from battling against a swarm of sanguidae. When her back was turned the creatures attacked, but a large group of humans from a neighbouring village, who watched the Goddess fight them all single-handedly, jumped in to defend her, not realising a sanguidae could not kill her. Many of the humans lost
