Even Eileen said she was proud when Aynsley arrived for dinner. Dinner was nice and Eileen was in a better mood now that it was not the middle of the night. They had a nice quiet dinner and talked about their days. Eileen was a pharmacist and talked about the various people she had seen during the day and described bizarre diseases which unnamed patients possessed. Aynsley talked about her job search and her concern about the poor job market. Kendal talked a small amount about school and friends, but Aynsley could tell the girl was a bit intimidated by Eileen. She felt a lot of sympathy for the girl. She too had been a bit nervous around her own mother and couldn't describe why. She assumed

I said nervously. Eileen passed her hand over my arm and then leaned her head on my shoulder, "It's okay, calm down Alexei, it's over and everything is fine," she said. Eileen was able to figure out how to absorb my anger because afterwards I felt a little calm "Eileen... our wedding will be in a few days," I said as I looked at the road ahead. She looked at me, "But Alexei I'm human, and I think I need some kind of training or something... I mean Luna has to be physically strong," she said.

Cecilia's POV Eileen has been acting strange lately. I took off the ring from my finger and looked at the maid who was combing my hair in the mirror, thinking. "What's wrong with you?" I didn't want to waste energy pondering why she was like this; I wanted answers directly. Eileen, holding a horn comb, stiffened. Under my gaze, she slowly raised her lowered eyes, meeting mine through the mirror. After a moment of silence, she spoke, "Your Highness, I want to know, do you really believe what that odd wizard said?"

The woman stretched out a pair of beautiful hands and said, "Glad to meet you, Miss. My name is Eileen." Marilyn also reached out and shook her hand. "Glad to meet you too, Miss Caldwell. I am Marilyn." Eileen glanced at Marilyn's clothes. They were very suitable for her and she liked them very much. It made her look quite charming and attractive.

The man asked with a narrowed gaze. “Master, Please enlighten me more!” Butler Lee said with a bow that the man fell for his act as he believed he might not know what he was talking about. “Why is Eileen not back From work yet?” He stuttered avoiding eye contact with Butler Lee. “Oh, Miss Eileen was last seen at the airport today, it seemed like she was out of the country.” The man calmly said without moving an inch from where he was despite the murderous gaze he had just received.

I shot Eileen a glare. “Yes,” She said to Gwen. Gwen's eyes found mine, a skeptic look on her face. Eileen gave me a challenging look. I sighed, it was just oil right? And it smelled good. I nodded affirmatively to Gwen. She smiled, took a bow and left the room. “Mother wins again,” Caden muttered underneath his breath. “I heard that” I said, making for the door. “Mother knows best” Eileen remarked “Come home for dinner?” “We will,” Caden responded.

“The location of the Nromais is at 12 o’clock. Hurry!” At that same time, Ellaine sat on the sofa across the TV. She had a teen magazine on her lap and the box she received on her birthday on the side table. She was currently having one of the best weekends ever. First, there were no classes. Second, she had the house to herself because Aunt Caroline spent the day with her best friend. Now she had the best leisure time with all the entertainment she needed. And only three, desperate, loud taps against the door would ruin her perfect little day.

My eyes turned to slits as I glared at her in annoyance. "Eileen, I don't know what you told them. But you should know that Killian wouldn't fall for it. He isn't Gabriel," The last line seemed to anger her, the veins on her forehead popping. She stormed towards us, flashing her phone at Killian's face. "See! This is Ruelle's true colors. She goes out and sleeps with men while pretending to be a good wife at home," Eileen screeched and I frowned in displeasure. He was either in his room reading or painting. Brenda bit her lip, as her expression twisted. Whatever she had planned, it was ruined now. For the first time after a long while, Eileen was happy. She was happy to see that look on her face. The guards hesitated only for a second before shoving Eileen toward the stairs leading to Callister. She stumbled but forced her legs to move. Her back finally burned from the beatings. Her body begged for rest, but she couldn’t afford to collapse now.

She knew Niall would be helpless in the face of this sudden tragedy and as their oldest and dearest friend she was perfectly willing to help pick up the slack. She took her time drying her hair, her eyes following the marks her husband had left on her body the night before and she felt that sweet tingle between her thighs. Maybe they could have a repeat tonight, she thought as she perused her closet for something to wear. Once dressed for the day she headed downstairs but there was no sign of Riley. "Where's my husband?" Eileen turned around from the stove at the sound of her mistress' voice. "He left before I came over this morning. Might be something to do with the sick calf I suspect."
