This could be the possible alternate universe of Laurence Wayte. Mauri: One of Rei- Suoh's fledglings. She has the ability to teleport herself and others. Sometimes distance of teleporting will strain her and make her weak since she's not a pureblood vampire. Mauri is very loyal to Rei and will do anything he asks her to do, especially if it evolves getting out of bed durring the day in her pajamas and teleporting across the world for unknown reasons. Mauri lives in a small apartment complex near Rei's modernized manor. The complex includes other fledglings made by Rei as well as some beloved servants.

Miwa's POV~ "I sure had a good rest." I replied, my tone dripping with sarcasm, he stared at me, his eyes gazing into mine as if intending to stare into my soul, I turned my gaze away from him quickly, frowning at the uncomfortable feeling his gaze stirred up in me. "You can't let her speak to you like that!" Aiden exclaimed with outrage, I rolled my eyes. "Aiden, that's enough, leave.... I won't say it again." The alpha guy ordered in his dominant tone.

Cade’s POV The heavy silence in the master suite shifts from a tense standoff into a suffocating, lethal web. My mother’s perfectly manicured, ring-adorned fingers twitch against her designer gold clutch, her eyes darting nervously as I burn my gaze into her face. We haven’t officially met.” “I already know your name—Get your hand away from my skirt,” she begs in what should be a half-assed growl. “But that’s not what you want, Mae.” I whisper-groan into the bend of her neck because she still hasn’t moved her hand from the tent in my pants.
