Behind her, Garth’s breaths only got faster and more frantic.

Anything that would kill her. After some time she was not crying rather she was silent, too silent even her breathing levelled up which was a good thing and Evan was relieved. But Aanya was anything but relieved, she knew her mind was on the loose without a grip. If she doesn't get a grip of it soon she knows her reckless mind was capable of convincing her to do many things. "How are you feeling, estrella?" She stayed silent. "Here is where I speak to the silence, blame the world, and shed my tears." That somehow dimmed the glow hopping on her hand. She took a seat next to him. Under the soothing lights, his sharp facial features stood out even more, and so did his bottled loneliness. She understood the familiar silence. It was whispering, yearning to be heard after years of being ignored.

I heard Zeke’s voice but it sounded so far away. How the hell did we even get into this fog? I cautiously walked ahead, worried I would fall off a cliff or something. “What’s your wish Empress?” A voice hissed in my ear. “Who’s there?” I questioned. “Tell me your wish.” I saw a dark figure in the fog. “Who are you?” “I am the Wishmaster. Tell me your wish, Empress.” “I um...I don’t have one. I’m good.” I stated. “Are you sure? Not one wish? Don’t you want Beta Penn to love you?” The figure asked.

At the hotel, she had been composed, controlled, and untouchable, but here… She just looked tired, quiet, and worn down. Aurelia walked to the table and sat. For a moment, she simply stared. Then she reached forward and relit the candles. Soft light flickered across her face. She closed her eyes and made a wish.
