He bounced his head after reading through her charts. “Have you been doing the yoga practice?" Edward asked facing Yasmine. Yasmine shook her head without meeting his gaze. She knew it was rude but she just didn't like the way Edward kept staring at her.

Just then, I shifted on the bed, trying to push down the irritation, and asked him the question that had been eating at me all day. "What about her?" I meant Esme, of course, and Raid knew it without me saying her name, his expression turning serious as he pulled up notes on his phone. "She's currently rented a self-apartment near the Cardarelli Hospital district," he said, reading off the details. "It's a small place, one bedroom, close enough she can walk to work. She works in the hospital too, started last week as an assistant in the pediatric ward. I guess she's smart to get employed that fast even without her full qualifications – probably just impressed them in the interview."
