I can feel them behind me, their scents doesn't leave my nostrils. It doesn't take much time, the trio catches up with me. It’s like they took no effort to run after me. I stand rooted on the ground gathering courage.

Both would be on edge till they got news and hopefully it was good news. The alphas came back and Jake took Abby back into his lap while Matt picked Rose back up. Jared was off visiting the warrior that was hurt. He was raising hell trying to get up and check on Sarah. He was ordered to not move as Jared walked in. Blade’s POV Camila was still asleep on her bed, clutching the pillow which I had tucked into her hands earlier. I was seated on a chair next to her bed and was watching her as she slept. Although my eyes were fixed on her, my mind was somewhere else. I had three women in my life and I really didn’t understand how to deal with them or how I had gotten to this point in life where I couldn’t even trust myself anymore. Thankfully, Dan, Lucia and Killian had left Haven and I made certain of that as I had followed them and watched them depart.

That all the plotting and scheming was all for nought? No, it is not possible that the dark link did not work! I watched Rhea get weak when she was taken away from Cassian's side. I was there when Shiraya casted the spell, I saw the lightning and everything, heck! I watched Rhea escape the jaws of death. I saw her literally come back to life after the spell, there is no way that the spell did not work, there must be some sort of explanation. I'll just figure that out later but for now I have to take care of Cassian, I have to make sure that he does not come out of his unconsciousness, I don't need him blabbering to father about what I did.
