Thunder crashed as I rolled in clouds and increased the wind. I became one with nature and my feet lifted from the ground as the wind gently floated me while I summoned the storm. I commanded the wind like obedient soldiers to gather underneath each of Kayden’s men and bring them into the center of the hurricane. One by one they landed inside with their leader until It was only my pack and my family on the outside. I closed the hurricane in, creating lower and lower pressure inside the eye where they sat, terrified.

But the moment she pushed open the private room's door, her breath caught in her throat. Standing before the floor-to-ceiling windows was Wesley. His dark eyes were blazing like fire, locked onto her. "Em…" His deep voice trembled with restrained madness. "I've finally found you."
