Immediately his eyes landed on me, I looked away. I opened my textbook going over every thing I heard in class today but my mind wasn't focused. I was well aware of a pair of blue eyes staring at me. Maybe I should just walk up to him and ask what he wants exactly. I watched him move from the side of my eyes. He was coming toward me. I cringed and buried my head deeper into my book. "Hey Storm" he greeted. "How do you even know my name?" I snap right back at him.

I'm running as fast as I can, trying to pick up his scent, hoping I won't be too late? He is an alpha, he is strong so why is he on the verge of dying. As I become closer, I'm surprised by what I see. I see Ivan tied to a tree, tears fill my eyes at the sight of his agony. I run up to the tree then touch him as his head comes up, he looks at me with black eyes full of anger. Once he realizes it's me, his eyes go blue, and he says my name. "Oh my God Ivan, what has happened to you who has done this?"

“Do you guys even know how to change a satellite? Because if not, then all our work here is useless.” Skyr stopped glaring at Byron as he marched in my direction. “I do.” He grumbled as he stood beside me and started examining the outline of the satellite. “It seems like we need to change the disk after all. There are a few cracks, which must have been caused by some sort of storm. Maybe that’s why the others haven’t returned. The storm must have caught them.” He observed. “Lord Byron, can you bring me the tools? Nathalia, can you also hand me the wires? And be wary of the wind. If a storm does come, we have to seek shelter at a lower ground immediately.”

Outside, the storm howled, the wind pushing the building to sway slightly but noticeably and the rain drumming out its terrifying roar. Despite the aspirin in her system, as they passed through the storm’s front eye wall, the pain in her head intensified further, but then the wind and rains abruptly lessened, drawing quieter, and the lightning flashes gave way to a gloomy darkness. Evelyn sat upright so she could look her question at Andrew. He shrugged. “Either we’re not quite in the eye, or it’s a weaker storm. If you want my guess, it’s the latter. Something less organized than last year’s New England storm." His brows drew together with concern. "How’s your head feeling?”

"Why would a nice, clean sea of water smell like blood?" She moved closer and stared into the black water, her mind jolting at what her eyes perceived. she blinked and saw... How could the veins of an eyeball possibly resemble the waterlines of the New World Formation? And why would they resemble the New World Formation at all?

I said, putting the fork down, “What’s up?” “I don’t want you to be disappointed tomorrow Hailstorm” she said, “I know what you’re saying but you need to think logically. The girl is blonde, has green eyes… there is nothing about her that says she’s Audrey” My heart slightly broke, but at least now I could identify the girl as well. There must be another way. I gulped, the food not that appetizing anymore, “I’m sorry Hailstorm” Lacy mumbled but I shook my head again, “I’m fine” I gulped the lie down, feeling my nose jump.

He tenderly brought her hand to his mouth and gently kissed it. Pain seared through my body as my eyes lost focus. The faces of my family blurred until I could no longer see them. I tried to move my arms to rub my eyes, but I was unable to move. Panic set in as I began to struggle. Finally, opening my eyes, James Cooper’s face came into focus.

Who knows, maybe I’ll add the whole Chaos set once my pet storm delivers them to me.” What does he mean by pet storm? Is someone from Tempest a traitor? If they are, they will die a slow, painful death by the time I’m done with that person. Assuming I make it out of this house alive. Razor comes for my left eye, but the pain doesn’t make me scream like he wants. No, I laugh first, then yell with pain. I wonder if Ryder will give me a glass eye after this?
