From the horizon, a gray smoke rose in a spiral. Filtigal sniffed the air—the smell was familiar. Blood... magic... and something that didn't belong to that plane. With a leap, he advanced, crossing the plain to the point of the explosion. When the dust began to dissipate, he halted, his eyes wide at the scene. An immense figure emerged from the glow: Cael, in his celestial form. His wings were vast, made of liquid light, each feather gleaming like glass and fire. His long, silver hair fell to the ground, shimmering like threads of pure energy. His skin radiated power, and the ground under his feet burned with golden lines.

Caelum’s eyes were fixed on the stars, which were visible even in the daylight through the thinned Aegis. ​"Caelum! Look at me!" “Why?” Caelum’s expression twisted, something like grief flickering beneath the corruption. “Because the world was rotting,” he said. “Because the Moon chose favourites and called it balance. Because the Prophet showed me the truth.” “The Prophet enslaved you,” Aria snapped. “No,” Caelum hissed. “He freed me.” The shadows behind him moved. They pulled away from the walls, forming shapes—humanoid, wrong, eyes glowing faintly silver. Not wolves. Not rogues.
