The Crown That Fell

The Crown That Fell

Three days later, the Winston family's empire in Italvia had been dismantled. Casinos, docks, hotels, and clubs all changed hands overnight. Nolan's once-trusted circle was gone. Some were dead, while others had turned traitor. The mighty crime dynasty had been reduced to nothing more than an empty mansion. Back in Northland, with William leading the way, I found myself in his cozy study. He handed me a steaming cup of cocoa, his eyes searching mine. "So, what's the game plan, Sophia?"

Kingdom Burning

Kingdom Burning

“Father’s’ oldest and wisest diviner, Milvan, sensed unrest coming from the Ervila kingdom when their King’s son, Japheth, killed him to take control of their kingdom. It is well known throughout the galaxies that Japheth swore to undo all peace treaties made by his predecessors.” Mitzie slowly nodded her head as if agreeing with Etheria’s words. “Father knew it would only be a matter of time before Japheth attempted to overthrow other kingdoms to expand his own. Our kingdom mother, Queen Zawiya, was pregnant with us at the time,” Etheria continued. Mitzie placed both of her hands on her hips and stared ahead trying to take in all that was being told to her. She then sat down so that she wou

Queen and the Four Kingdoms

Queen and the Four Kingdoms

" Okay, I'm ready now. I left the room anxious about what might happen today. Arriving at the garden, everything was perfect, I was sure that after this night, everything would work out between us. I went to the table, which was placed perfectly in the center of the garden and sat down to wait for my husband. Meanwhile, I was reading the book about the four kingdoms of the southern continent, about what each one did to prosper: my kingdom, Summer, was the first on the page, it was known for raising healthier animals, both for work and for food. Second was the Spring kingdom, which planted several fruit trees, one more delicious than the other. Third came the Winter kingdom, which produced th

Dragon Queen.

Dragon Queen.

The more dragons they had, the better their chances of taking over. That was the prophecy he knew. The prophecy neither Mare nor the Baryns knew. To them, the prophecy meant freedom from slavery but he knew the true prophecy spoke of the merging of the kingdom of old once again. An order of 6 kingdoms once broken, merged under dragon blood. Only then... He was tempted to release a deep sigh of relief but it was just beginning. This is where their story will begin and for many years after this, the story will continue to be told.

Alpha’s Deceptive Mate

Alpha’s Deceptive Mate

Lucien’s gaze moved toward me again. “No.” The single word tightened the air around us immediately. Then slowly, his eyes lifted toward the black sky above the mountains. “The dead kingdoms are waking,” he said quietly. “And some bloodlines should never have returned.” Silence followed him. Then Elias cursed softly beneath his breath. Kael’s eyes narrowed. “Explain.” Lucien looked back toward us. And for the first time since arriving…… I saw genuine concern break through his calm expression. “The First Kingdom did not fall because of war,” he said. “It fell because the throne corrupted the wolves bound to it.”

I asked lowly, trying not to piss him off. “they don’t sparkle,” he said, smirking. “But the blood part? Yeah. Sometimes.” I gulped. “Well, that’s… terrifyingly hot.” His smirk deepened. “But what about your family?” I asked gently. “How did you end up ruling rogues?” He hesitated. “I was born into a powerful bloodline,” he said slowly. “Royal, even. But I didn’t belong. My father wanted power. My mother wanted perfection. I was neither. So I left before they could ‘fix’ me.”

This also allows the Werewolf King to see what is happening to his people and take action to correct it. While this book is still in progress, and I am not aware of where she will take this. It would, in my opinion, benefit the werewolves to have a king and higherarchy with regulations set in place.

This is a great book!!! I love the storyline & the depth of the characters. I've read all Abigail's books but this could be read on its own. I really love seeing characters grow and mature, find their mates, help them thru trauma. I am excited to read this book everyday, its a highlight of my day!

Alexander the Fallen

Alexander the Fallen

I know I sound way too greedy but after what happened today, I want him gone once and for all. I have to defeat him. Zach shook his head. "When Fallen Angels become weak, they usually seek shelter in Hell. That way they would be protected by the demons that made him evil in the first place." "And how were you able to talk to me in my dream even though you're not a mix of both like Alexander?" I asked him, curiously.

she wondered, it had popped up in the info dump she received and the voice in the dark place had said it to her right before she first woke up here. "Regis, is an old word for king, or something. It's also connected to my phantom crest," The crest hissed at her and information found itself in her subconscious. "There are other Regis out there, I can almost feel them, and they can feel me. We're all connected… like a network."

Frequently Asked Questions

The 'Falling Kingdoms' series by Morgan Rhodes is one of those epic fantasies that hooks you from the first book. If you're diving in, I'd recommend starting with the core series in order: 'Falling Kingdoms', 'Rebel Spring', 'Gathering Darkness', 'Frozen Tides', 'Crystal Storm', and 'Immortal Reign'. That’s the main six-book arc, and it’s a wild ride—political intrigue, magic, and characters you’ll love or love to hate. After that, there’s a spin-off duology, 'A Book of Spirits and Thieves', which expands the world but isn’t essential to the main plot. Some fans read it alongside the later books, but I think it’s better to finish the core series first to avoid spoilers.

Personally, I binged the main books back-to-back because the cliffhangers are brutal. The spin-offs are fun, but they feel like a bonus rather than a must-read. If you’re the type who loves every crumb of lore, you could slot 'A Book of Spirits and Thieves' after 'Frozen Tides', but it’s not a game-changer. The main series is where the heart is—Cleo, Magnus, and Jonas’s stories are just too good to put down.
